We had a nice room but mediocre service. The remote control was broken but nobody fixed it. The cafeteria lady was not so nice, and the breakfast we had was too little.

The hotel contacted me asking to pay a deposit of 50% of the price even though when I booked through Booking.com there was no prepayment needed. The hotel sent me few messages and at first asked me to confirm my booking which I did. They then followed up and asked me to pay the deposit, and if I didn't pay, they threatened to cancel my booking. I told them that this was not needed based on what I agreed through Booking.com but they kept insisting that I need to pay as per their hotel policy. I don't feel like this is an honest/ transparent business practice; so I am cancelling my stay with them and don't want to deal with such bad behaviour.

This is a total $h!thole. Avoid at all costs. Heavily curated instagram photos are not the reality of a facility that is falling apart. The toilet seat was not secured. The room is much smaller than it appears. Get an AirBnB for less with much better quality.
