My stay in Roy Dala was truly exceptional, largely thanks to the impeccable cleanliness and genuine hospitality I experienced throughout our visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted warmly, demonstrating a professionalism and willingness to help that made me feel immediately at home. I was upgraded to a larger room in VIP area. The room was spotless and impeccably maintained, with every detail from the crisp linens to the pristine bathroom reflecting a high standard of care. This combination of warm service and a refreshingly clean environment made my time in this beautiful "City of Eternal Spring" absolutely perfect. Only 5 min walk to the lake if you take the right alleys.. Walking distance to gym, restaurants and cafes...

This hotel is amazing, it is luxury, super clean, breakfast is great as the management have step up to various arrays of local and continental breakfast. It is walking distance to market, lake and a short grab to some of the activities area like the theme park with waterfall, cable cars and hiking. My husband and I are retirees and we stayed here for a month with the wonderful hotel amenities and have a huge sitting balcony. It has a walk in bathroom, so lovely with great water pressure and a high quality essentials. The room is big and bed are very comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Such a good hotel. Everything was clean, the rooms are big and the people who work here a so nice. The breakfast buffet is also really good it changes a bit everyday. Just the laundry was a bit more expensive than usual.

This was a nice little 3 star hotel. The room was very spacious. Had a wonderful balcony but had to move the chairs to sit outside. BREAKFAST was nice a different type of soup every day. If your looking for budget I would recommend this little hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights , hotel is spotlessly clean , with a lot of marble and tiling. It looks more colonial style than modern on the outside. bedroom was nice with good shower in bathroom. Breakfast had enough choice to suit most people. Staff very friendly.| The hotel gave a voucher for discount to Roy Dala coffee which is a 20 minute walk away and is set in garden with 2 Koi pools ,well worth a visit.

They're working so slowly, it's past 2 PM and I still don't have a room to checkin. The reception area is incredibly hot. The staff were also not very helpful. It's because the service here is terrible.
