Baizhi Lake
Baizhi Lake (白芷湖) is a freshwater lake of approximately 8.07 square kilometers nestled in the flat, waterway-dotted plains of northern Dingcheng District, Changde, Hunan Province. Part of the Yangtze River basin system, it lies within the low-lying wetland landscape on the western edge of Dongting Lake, where the Li River once wound its way toward the great lake. This is not a developed tourist site but a quiet rural water body valued for flood management and ecological function within the district's water system.
