Nice hostel, no major issue. The door to one of the room only opens halfway so a little hard to get in. Nice breakfast. Clean bathrooms. Bike storage was a plus.

I didn’t have a great experience. - I made the reservation at the Booking app, where towels were listed as one of the facilities. But after getting to the room, there was no towel, and if I wanted one, I would have to “rent”. I have no problem paying for it, but it could be clearly stated in the app. - The place is pet-friendly. I love animals, but I’m allergic. There was a dog in the room, owned by another guest, and I just realized that after 8 p.m., when the reception is closed. The dog barked a few times during the night. It was not a great experience. - There’s no AC in the room. The only AC is located on the corridor, so you need to keep the room’s doors open during the night to get some fresh air. - There are two bathrooms also in the corridor, so during the night, we were bothered by the light and people going in and out. - Besides that, the breakfast was good, simple with not many options but enough. - The location is fine, looks a residential area and is not far away from the train station.

Our experience was an absolute shame. They knew my partner was arriving after 8pm and needed the instructions on how to get into the room but, eventhough we sent several emails and What's App messages to them, they were not responding at all. Finally, they responded only a couple of hours before the arrival time without even apologising for not replying. The client service is really unexistent. Besides that, the room was very dirty, poor, and it didn't even have lockers to look the belonings. The breakfast was also very scarce. Definitely not worth it the 34 euros that one has to pay. I would not recommend it to anyone. En resum, la nostra experiència va ser absolutament lamentable.

The Room that I stayed in was miserable. The cooler was noisy all night, and there was no place to lock my stuff or even to place it; I had to leave my backpack on the ground. I had mosquito bites for weeks from spending only one night in there.

THE WORST HOSTEL I have been in my all life!!! Ladies room too small for 4 beds, you can't literaly move!! In August with NO AIR CONDITIONING (the only machine they have is in the corridor!! I could sleep as it was too hot! You have to sleep with the door open to get some air, but there is the light coming from the corridor and the house cat jumping on the beds (I am not used to sleep with ANIMALS and they didn't advise me) HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Fair warning: this location is where anyone not young enough to stay at the Can Cocollona is sent. It is run by a family. They are nice people but there was a lot of noise and commotion at night. No air conditioning and plenty of mosquitoes meant I got very few hours of sleep and opted not to stay a second night.
