Very disappointing stay. The hotel is extremely basic and the rooms have an unpleasant smell, somewhat like a farm. The pillows were ridiculously small – about the size of an A4 sheet of paper (and that’s genuinely not an exaggeration) – with only one provided per person, making for a very uncomfortable night’s sleep. There is no proper bar area. If you want a drink, you have to buy it from reception and then sit in the reception area facing a vending machine, which completely lacks any atmosphere. To make matters worse, we were allocated a disabled-access room, which was not suitable for our needs and was a huge disappointment. Overall, this was a really poor start to our break in Honfleur. I would not stay here again and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere in Honfleur. Very disappointing experience.

Didn’t expect that this is a really sweet hotel. Comfortable and near to the city center - about 10 minutes walk away. Good parking space as well.

Not sure where the ratings are coming from. The hotel is a renovated and nice state. The location is great. We had a wonderful stay. Ideal to explore Honfleur.

Dreary , with little to cheer it up. The reception shutter is pulled down at 20.00. A vending machine was in the reception area ,for water , chocolate bars etc, but no warm drinks were available. |To be fair, the rooms were clean, but sadly not a chair to sit on.

Was very nice, only thing that the pool closes at 8 pm, while the town still open :) so it was going to be amazing if it closes at 10 pm

What a cracking place to stay. We (bike trip) needed a place to stay overnight whilst stopping off in Honfleur, This hotel is well located with a supermarket across the road and just a short walk from restaurants, a good breakfast was on offer and the Spa facilities were clean and effective. well worth a visit and the staff are very friendly.

Lovely clean room and the bed was very comfy. Reception staff were pleasant and professional and there was plenty of car parking available. The negatives were that the toilet did not have any soap in it or a towel so you had to walk through to the seperate bathroom to wash your hands and in the bath room the shower was attached to the wall about 2 feet over the bath meaning you had to hold the shower head in one hand whilst showering to wash anything higher than your knees. A real shame and for a “deluxe” room just not good enough.

Just returned from the Tulipinn Hotel Hornfleur after spending 6 days there. The reception staff didn’t speak English and very unhelpful. We booked 2 Superior Studios with balcony. We got one front room with balcony and a back room which wasn’t the same. When trying to communicate with reception she didn’t understand. The rooms wasn’t cleaned during our stay the only thing they did was change the towels and empty the bins. Breakfast was very basic and the coffee far too strong and the machine only filled the cup half full. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
