We paid extra for Panorama Room 505 it's in the eaves and have to bend right down to get into bed. Very difficult to get into bed without bumping your head on the ceiling. However, the balcony is great. Great location, right in the center, yet pleasantly quiet. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night at Hotel Zach but it did leave an impression! It is an immaculatly clean, harmoniously arranged, welcoming place. It is 6 minutes from the Bahnhof by foot and sits at the gates of Innerstadt so perfectly located. We were too late for the prescribed check-in but everything was promptly organised, arranged and communicated to we could get in to our room. The bed was comfortable, the room neat and comfortable. It was very hot this summer but we didn't miss the AC because we left the outside blinds rolled down and the window wide open overnight. The service was gracious and generous, attentive and professional. Highly recommend it.

Great location, not far from train station and old town. Clean rooms, comfy beds, helpful and friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast. Hotel Zach participates in the Innsbruck Welcome Card scheme which offers free public transport, cable car rides etc, an unexpected bonus on our arrival. The only thing that concerned me was no security staff and no night manager after 9pm - this may not be an issue for some people but it jarred with the otherwise excellent service.

We enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast and awesome location near the train station and the old Innsbruck. The room was nice. We had air conditionning, but it is not necessary even if we were in a heatwave (it cools down a lot in the evening)

This was an excellent hotel experience. Hotel Zach offers everything you need, at a very fair price. The hallway is appealing, the rooms spotless and perfectly kept, the breakfast lovingly prepared. Staff is friendly and competent, the location is excellent, and best of all: the place smells good! Using environmentally-friendly, natural cleaning products apparently helps. Would recommend this hotel any day - a fine choice!

I stayed 2 nights here with my 2 teenage daughters. We enjoyed our time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the old town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Innsbrook.

Love this beautiful hotel! The whole place feels very new and stylish. It’s quiet, clean, and so convenient to anywhere you want to walk to. Bikes are also right outside. We slept great. The beds are very comfortable. Every morning we opened the window and listened to a bird symphony right outside in the garden. It was so lovely. The customer service was wonderful. The greeted us every time we passed the reception and gave us great info on arrival about the welcome card. We saw so much more of the city than we would have because of that card. Breakfast was great. I’m vegetarian and felt like I had plenty of options. The pastries were SO GOOD. We will definitely be returning.

This is a lovely small boutique hotel in a great location. Check in was efficient and our room was available early. Staff super helpful. |The rooms are very clean and well maintained and the bathroom is modern and functions well. |I note a previous comment about a kettle in the room. There is a kettle available on request which is perfect. |The breakfast room is nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff friendly and helpful. |There is also an honesty bar with beer, wine, tea and coffee. |The reception is not 24 hour but that was very clear in the booking information.
