This was hands down the best hotel experience I've ever had, and I travel frequently! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. Since our room wasn't quite ready, the staff provided our family with four complimentary drink vouchers for the rooftop bar so we could relax and enjoy the incredible views while we waited. After settling into our room, we discovered that the air conditioning wasn't working properly. Lars immediately stepped in and went above and beyond by moving us to the Presidential Suite for the night. His kindness and professionalism turned what could have been an inconvenience into an unforgettable experience. Throughout our stay, every question was answered with patience and a smile. The service was consistently outstanding, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks at the hotel, and every meal was fantastic. The icing on the cake was the view. The panoramic views of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains are simply breathtaking and, in our opinion, the best in the city. We honestly found ourselves looking for reasons to stay at the hotel rather than leave and explore. A huge thank you to Lars and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel delivers on the panoramic views. Breakfast is on the last floor with stunning views; really great choice and very good service. They even have choice of local delicacies! Room was perfectly clean, all working well; good cleaning service and coffee and tea stock. The hotel is very well located near train station and at the bus station. You can take from here buses J that take you to different cable cars or you can take one day trip to Mittenwald. Overall location was perfect for me. I didn't like rooftop restaurant open air terrace as it is a cigarette smokers heaven, not for me. Besides that all really perfect.

After a week in the mountains it was lovely to have a night in this very modern hotel minutes from the old medieval town. Our room on 8th Floor had stunning views. Spa was lovely. Bar and restaurant had a lovely chic vibe and food was excellent. Sitting outside on the 12th floor terrace having dinner watching the sun go down behind the mountains was magical

Stayed 2 nights in Innsbruck at the Adlers Hotel and would definitely recommend! Views over the city were spectacular. Had 2 rooms on opposite sides so views to both East and West, each huge panorama windows spanning the entire length of the room. Heated floor in bathroom was lovely (adjustable temp and time) and overall amenities were very nice. King bed with a side couch that converted to twin was great for kids. Garage was the cleanest and most well-lit parking garage I’ve ever seen. Breakfast buffet was on the 12th floor with amazing views and huge selection of food. Location was very near central train station and 10 min easy walk to historic downtown city center. Would definitely stay again!

I chose the hotel because it was close to the train station but also close to the old town. It was very convenient for the train station, and the old town was a short walk away, so it worked out well. Reception people were friendly and efficient, and spoke very good English. I had a Panorama Classic room, which was a large room with a wonderful view of Innsbruck. It also had a huge walkin shower, and a sofa and rocking chair (!) by the large windows. Breakfast is on the 12th floor, in a large breakfast room with another great view of Innsnbruck. I found the breakfast overall to be excellent, with many choices and everything being delicious. Looking at prices, in high season they are apparently very high, but in off-season (April) they were quite reasonable. Overall, it was an excellent stay, so if I were to visit Innsbruck again, I would certainly stay here again if the prices happened to be in a reasonable range.

Fabulous hotel, would recommend upgrade to a panorama room as they have fantastic view of the mountains and very spacious. The bar on the 12th floor is great as well and reasonably priced. Location is great to get into the centre of Innsbruck. I would definitely stay here again if back in Innsbruck.

One of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. Incredible value for money with a breathtaking Innsbruck view waking up to the mountains was unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained.Service was excellent throughout. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. Don’t miss the rooftop bar .. go for the view, especially at sunset. Absolutely stunning.An unforgettable stay and we would happily come back again.

As a solo traveller I was so grateful for the care and attention the reception staff showed me! Hannah spoke with me over the phone to help with my booking and room options. On arrival Hannah also greeted me and what a surprise, an upgrade and the room is outstanding. The view on 10th floor is incredible. The bathroom with a bathtub was spotless, mini fridge in lounge with complementary water, a huge bed and sofa with a view. Robe and slippers, tea &coffee.. What a treat it is, I won’t hesitate to book again and still have the sauna and roof terrace to explore. Thank you Hannah I am so happy for your kindness and help with my booking. 5 star
