Had a wonderful stay at Welcomhotel Jodhpur. The property is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained, with excellent hospitality throughout. A special mention to Head Chef Raju Nath, the food was fantastic, especially the Laal Maas Pudina. Also, a big thank you to Mohan and Lucky for their warm and attentive service. Overall, a lovely property with great food and wonderful people. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Hospitality and Dining at Welcomhotel by ITC I had a wonderful dining experience at Welcomhotel by ITC. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the quality of the food was consistently top-notch with great presentation and authentic flavors. Housekeeping dept was more than our expectation. All requests were looked upon with atmost priority. Specially, Mahendra Bhir gave us excellent support and service. What truly elevated the entire meal, however, was the outstanding hospitality from the restaurant team. A special thank you to Prataysha, Archana, and Arsalan for their attentive, polite, and warm service throughout our visit. Archana was exceptionally courteous and made sure every request was handled promptly, while Prataysha’s pleasant demeanor, prompt table service, and thoughtful recommendations made us feel genuinely cared for. Their professionalism and attentiveness reflect the true standards of ITC hospitality. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

From check-in to check-out, what a memorable experience at ITC Jodhpur. Every time we visit, it feels like the property has improved even further. After a long 9-hour drive from Ahmedabad, we arrived exhausted in the morning, and the team was kind enough to provide us with an early check-in at 10:00 AM, which was greatly appreciated. We had planned this staycation to celebrate a family member’s birthday, and the thoughtful arrangements made by the ITC team added a special touch to the occasion. From the warm wishes to the beautifully planned birthday surprise, every detail reflected genuine care and hospitality. A special mention once again goes to our butler, Priyanshu Singh, who ensured that the celebration was seamless and memorable for the entire family. The most memorable part of our stay was undoubtedly Priyanshu Singh. From arranging wake-up calls to the evening turndown service, he took complete care of every detail with exceptional warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. His ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver service with a smile made our stay truly special. The level of personalized service we experienced reminded us of some of our finest hospitality experiences around the world, including Raffles Bali and JW Marriott Masai Mara. That is perhaps the highest compliment we can give. Priyanshu and the entire ITC team made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. Fantastic Experience with Family We recently visited WelcomHotel Jodhpur with family and had a fantastic experience. The ambience is beautiful with a perfect blend of heritage and luxury. We dined at their restaurant and the food was authentic and delicious. The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The property is very well-maintained, with lush gardens and stunning architecture that reflects Jodhpur’s royal charm. Great place for family gatherings, wedding and other big celebrations, or just a peaceful meal. Impeccable hospitality by ITC. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jodhpur. We had a fantastic stay at Welcomhotel by ITC Jodhpur during our Rajasthan trip. The facilities at the hotel are great for families with kids - pool, kids play area, gaming zone, restaurants etc. The hospitality is next level - the staff are very courteous and kind. It is a perfect place to stay for a peaceful and luxurious experience. The hotel is also home to a handicraft store that sells good quality products at reasonable prices. Overall, a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Jodhpur.

My stay at this hotel was really pleasant and hassle-free. The property is well maintained and gives a very welcoming first impression. The rooms were clean, properly arranged, and had a comfortable setup that made it easy to relax after a busy day. The staff behavior was one of the highlights—they were respectful, cooperative, and always ready to assist without any delay. Service was consistent and I didn’t face any issues during my stay. My stay at Welcom by ITC in Room 3116 was truly wonderful, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. The Floor Associate took excellent care of my room every day, ensuring it was cleaned at the same time and maintained to a very high standard. His name Sangiyo understood my preferences well and performed his duties exceptionally. Housekeeping team was amazing 😍 i would also like to appreciate the Floor Supervisors, Mr. Sher Singh and Mr. Sugan Singh, who consistently checked on my comfort and ensured that everything was in order throughout my stay. During breakfast at chinkara, I was impressed by the hospitality shown by pratyasha and Archana. They knew exactly how to greet guests, provide attentive service, and create a memorable dining experience. I am genuinely impressed by the service standards and culture at Welcom by ITC. The warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by the entire team made my stay truly special. I would happily recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.

We visited the property on 9th of August for dip & dine, which includes a meal & pool . After finishing with swimming we went for dinner at Chinkara restaurant which was a buffet dinner , |The food was terrible , un cooked & found hair in the rice , extremely unhygienic conditions |The taste of the food was pathetic & we were with children. After spending an amount of 4500 this is the kind of service received by a property like this
