I recently stayed at The Ummed Jodhpur and had a mixed experience. While many aspects of the hotel easily live up to a premium standard, one specific issue held me back from giving it a full 5-star rating. Food is Absolutely superb. Every meal was a culinary delight, with excellent flavors and variety. Rooms are excellent, spacious, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable.staff throughout the property were highly professional and completely up to the mark. The major downside of my stay was the management of the swimming pool area. I noticed several guests swimming in regular undergarments and normal clothing instead of proper swimwear. This is a significant hygiene concern. ​When I brought this to the attention of the pool attendant, he appeared completely confused and lacked clarity on the hotel's policies. For a property of this stature, a lack of strict pool dress codes and poorly trained poolside staff is a major question mark on its 5-star reputation. Management needs to enforce basic pool hygiene and train their staff properly. I hope they address this soon, as it is the only thing holding this excellent property back.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at The Ummed Jodhpur, Palace Resort & Spa. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, with a truly royal Rajasthani ambience. The spacious rooms, beautiful gardens, delicious food, and overall atmosphere made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. What really made our experience special was the warm and attentive service provided by the staff. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. A special mention to Jithendra, who was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout our stay. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made a real difference to our experience. We truly appreciate his excellent service.

I recently stayed at The Ummed Hotel in Jodhpur, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with elegant decor that truly reflected the royal charm of Rajasthan. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. Every detail in the room felt well thought out, from the cozy bed to the tasteful furnishings. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jodhpur who wants a blend of luxury and comfort.

The management, hospitality, and support teams have clearly put significant effort into preserving the property while ensuring a comfortable guest experience. > The standout feature of this resort is its staff. Everyone—from the service team to the support staff—was extremely polite, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. > The only drawback is its location. It is about 35–40 minutes away from the city, and there are not many dining or entertainment options nearby. As a result, guests will likely have most of their meals at the resort itself. > While the food quality was good, the lunch and dinner menu is priced on the higher side compared to budget-friendly hotels. For reference, our stay cost around ₹7,700 for two rooms, whereas a pure vegetarian dinner for four people came to approximately ₹3,000–₹3,500. > Overall, it is a well-maintained heritage-style property with excellent hospitality and service. If you don't mind the distance from the city and slightly higher food prices, it's a great place for a relaxing stay.

I recently stayed at The Ummed Resort & Spa, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and spread across a huge area, making it perfect for anyone looking to unwind away from the city’s hustle and bustle. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering a very comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the staff. Every team member was warm, courteous, and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was decent, although I feel the spread could be expanded with a few more options. Also, considering the size of the property, adding more recreational activities and amenities beyond the swimming pool would make the guest experience even better. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with a calm atmosphere, no noise, and plenty of open space to relax, The Ummed Resort & Spa is definitely a great choice. With a few enhancements to the amenities and dining options, it has the potential to offer an even more memorable experience.

​"I recently stayed at Umaid Bhawan Palace on Banar Road with my daughter, Priyakshi, and my son, Angad, for her NIFT situation test. The experience was truly heart-warming. ​The hotel has a stunning heritage look that feels very grand. For those who love photography, this place is a delight—the night photography here is amazing once the lights are on. Whether it’s the indoor areas or even the outer parking lot, every corner is picture-perfect. There is also a massive garden on the side where we enjoyed playing some badminton; it’s a great spot for families to enjoy cricket or other games together. ​The staff is the soul of this place. From the GM at the reception to the security guards, everyone was exceptionally polite. A special mention to the restaurant staff—even though our dinner was included, their hospitality was top-notch. They served us with such genuine care. We also tried the Chicken Pizza via room service, which was delicious. ​The two young ladies at the front and the entire team made our stay memorable. Location is very convenient. Rooms are good . Food was so delicious usually in hotels food doesn't taste good but here because of their food taste will visit again.
