My wife and I loved our stay at The Fairways Luxury Accommodation. The place was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful It’s close to everything in Kaikoura but still quiet and relaxing Kaikoura was an amazing surprise for us. The drive from Christchurch is beautiful, and we loved the coastal views, walking tracks, cafes, and seeing the seals. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Kaikoura

My husband and I have been travelling NZ for a few months and The Fairways was the best accomodation we've stayed at. We loved it so much, we extended our stay to a few weeks. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The highlights for us were the mountain views, friendly staff, open fireplace, comfortable beds, washing machine and dryer. We were particularly impressed by the manager 'Deka' who was so helpful and kind, which made our stay even more lovely. I highly recommend The Fairways to anyone looking for a superb stay in the beautiful town of Kaikoura. - Thank you Deka and your team at The Fairways, for making our stay in Kaikoura so special.

Location was fantastic, just outside of Kaikoura, but not too far from the town centre. Atmosphere was cozy, private, warm and welcoming. Loved the room and the flame gas fire, made it romantic, which is what I was looking for. The room was spotless, huge double shower and a spa bath.....everything supplied as you might expect. The manager Deka was wonderfully, very welcoming friendly, we will most certainly stay there again and can't recommend the place highly enough....Phil and Cece

The studio room was much more compact than than I expected - However, the welcome was warm and friendly, the place is lovely clean and a good base to explore the area

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean, cosy, and peaceful, with beautiful surroundings that made it easy to relax. The host was warm and thoughtful, and our family made some lovely memories here. We would happily recommend this place to other travellers and would love to stay again.

Great location, 5 mins out of the town centre which makes it cozy and quiet. Spacious apartments with stunning mountains in the background and a short walk across the road to the beach. Staff are friendly and attentive

Our stay at Fairways was absolutely magnificent. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was spacious, clean, warm and comfortable.|The location of Fairways is perfect, and we had a peaceful, restful stay with stunning views of the surrounding ranges and hills.|The bed was incredibly comfortable. The spacious bathroom had a bath and heated floors.|I highly recommend Fairways to anyone staying in Kaikora. Thank Deka and team for a wonderful experience.

We had an exceptional stay at the Fairways Accomodation in Kaikoura. My first call inquiring about a room resulted in the call being cut off mid discussion due to patchy reception. The Fairways rang back quickly and were more than accomodating to organise our last minute stay. This was all done with an incredibly friendly, helpful staff member (wished we had name).|Upon arriving (which was after normal work hours) we were greeted kindly and given a room that already had heating on and was warm and inviting. The premises were incredibly clean and tidy and it was a nice quiet spot! We would without a doubt, recommend this place to future travellers!! Thanks to the Fairways team!!
