I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Resol Trinity Kanazawa, and this was actually my second time staying here. I chose to return because I had such a good experience during my first visit, and once again, the hotel did not disappoint. This time, I stayed in the tatami-style room, and it was absolutely marvelous. The room beautifully combines traditional Japanese elements with modern comfort, creating a relaxing and unique atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it one of my favorite hotel rooms I’ve stayed in Japan. The location is excellent, with convenient access to many of Kanazawa’s attractions. The staff were friendly and professional, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms, atmosphere, service, and overall experience make it a place I would happily return to again and again. The fact that this was my second stay already says a lot about how much I enjoy staying here. The only area that I think could be improved is the breakfast. While it was decent, I felt it did not quite match the exceptional quality of the hotel itself. I hope the breakfast can be enhanced in the future so that it fully reflects the wonderful experience the hotel provides. Overall, I had another fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kanazawa. If you’re considering where to stay, I highly recommend the tatami-style room. It made my visit even more memorable.

Hotel is very near to the train station and tourist attractions. All places of interests are within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Front desk staff speak good English, very friendly and helpful. Hotel offers wide variety of amenities for guests. Rooms are not big ( Japan standard) but are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good!

Mr Yagi at front desk is very helpful and patient in helping us to get us a bus ticket from Toyama to shiragawa-go. He even print out our bus schedule!!! His service is impeccable!!! In general the front desk are friendly and helpful with English speaking staff. The room is compact but adequate for 2 persons. The hotel room is very neat and clean. Self laundry, ice vending machine and microwave are available in this hotel! Location is perfect, 5 minutes drive to Kanazawa station. And 5 minutes walk to Omicho Market. City shuttle bus tickets is available at the front desk. It's a day pass tickets and the bus go to most of the tourist attractions. One reminder, please book your bus tickets in advance if you want to visit Shinagawa - Go. The bus tickets is popular and get fully booked pretty fast.

Location is convenient. Front desk staff are helpful & friendly. Mr Yagi-San is especially professional and helpful! He has even helped us to book our bus tickets with very detailed details and instructions. Hotel buffet breakfast has limited choices of food but quality is ok. Overall, we are very happy with this hotel.

Warm welcome, lovely cosy room and easy check-in. Amenities left on self-selection so they weren’t using valuable space in our room. Loved being able to pay ¥1000 per hour to extend our stay. We had all we needed plus items that could be loaned. Everything is very organised; when it was sunny lighter parasols were being offered to borrow, when rainy umbrellas were available to borrow or buy. Coffee on demand in reception a great plus. Would return.

Lovely staff and hotel! Beds are nice and pillows are heavenly! PJ:s, everything you need for hygiene is for you to have for free(or when you stay here) Breakfast is amazing; so much food, both Japanese and Italian selection. Would definitely stay here again!

The beds are amazing, the people are very nice, there is free coffee and tea. It is close to a few restaurants, stores, a 7/11 and Familymart and more. The rooms were very clean.

Staying for one night in Kanazawa. The location, which is famous for the hotel area, doesn't need more explanation as it is close to the Kenrokugen and Kanazawa Castle. The room itself is a regular size. One thing surprise me is that they provide plenty of kinds of cables for phone charging, which is helpful. However, the reason for me to take of some points for this hotel is due to breakfast. They do provide breakfast, but it's a lack of choice. Personally, I will not recommend you to choose the plan with breakfast, since it is not worth it.
