Google· 2 months agoWe had a fantastic stay at Myst Kandy by Cinnamon! The property is spacious, clean, and modern. It was light on the signature Cinnamon branding and scent throughout the hotel, which some may like, but we did not. The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, highly efficient, and consistently thoughtful about our every need. We were welcomed with a very generous complimentary gift basket; the included Snickers bar was completely devoured by my kids in seconds! This was repeated on the second night with a complimentary bottle of wine! The facilities are top-notch. The pool is beautiful, and the gym easily had the nicest view of any workout space we’ve encountered on our trip so far. When it came to dining, the dinner buffet offered a good choice, though it did feel a bit repetitive after a few days. However, having a live violinist play during Sunday dinner was a genuinely lovely touch. The only minor drawback is that the hotel can get quite busy and a bit noisy at the weekend with large groups visiting from other parts of the Indian subcontinent. Overall, a highly recommended stay!

Trip.com· 7 months agoThis hotel is lovely and modern. We only stayed for one night but the experience was very pleasant. The room was clean and modern. The pool was great, it was warm and they also had a well equipped gym. The breakfast buffet was also very good! They had a variety of dishes and staff were attentive!

Google· a month agoOne of the best hotel stays we’ve had recently! Starting with the hotel itself, I was genuinely amazed by the packages offered at Kandy Myst, definitely worth the money! The service was top notch, from the reception to the staff at the Grains dining. A special appreciation to Chathura, whom we had previously met at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala. His attention to detail and the service he provided made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The food was amazing, with a really good variety of options. (Wish they had sushi too, but honestly, it didn’t make much of a difference because everything else was great!) The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful city view. The heated pool was another big plus, my little one enjoyed her pool time even more! Overall, we had such a lovely stay and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel without compromising on great food, comfort, and excellent service!

The rooftop swimming pool was a real highlight, with beautiful views of Kandy that made it a perfect place to relax. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, a fantastic hotel that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kandy! 🌄🏊🍽️

Google· a month agoWe had a very pleasant stay at Cinnamon Kandy. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The dinner and breakfast buffets had a good variety of options, and we enjoyed the overall dining experience. However, I feel the salad corner could be improved, with more variety and fresher, more appealing options. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Special appreciation to the staff for their warm hospitality and great service!

Google· 4 months agoI recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a good variety of options and great quality. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop infinity swimming pool, which offered a fantastic atmosphere and beautiful views. Overall, it was a memorable family stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Google· 2 months agoA suddenly planned visit to this amazing brand new hotel... The Hotel was actually truly modern with all amenities. The room waa perfect with everything available and a fantastic view... Both the Dinner and Breakfast Buffet were fabulous with a great spread of food. But what make this hotel even better is truly the Service, which was the best we have experienced having visited so many hotels so many times. The check in was so smooth and professionally handled by Hadhi. The crew in the Restaurant were amazingly helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Buddhika who was manning the pool and Gym for his professional approach and truly genuine helpful advice. He made a significant impact on our overall experience at the hotel and making us wanting to come again. The check out was again smooth and well handled by Ameesha. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and professional 👏 👍 👌 The friendliness begins from the entrance to the hotel to leaving same with even the security personnel showing the same quality service. All in all a super experience at a fantastic hotel with all modern amenities, great food and service. 👍👍👍

The peaceful surroundings, stunning views, and beautiful property made it so easy to relax and unwind. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was a lovely gesture. Since we often choose Cinnamon Hotels for our vacations, it was something we truly appreciated. The hospitality was outstanding throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Theekshana for taking such great care of us and making sure everything was perfect. His kindness and attention to detail really made our stay even more memorable. The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from at every meal. We also spent a lot of time enjoying the pool—it was so peaceful, especially with the gorgeous views of the surrounding hills. Overall, we had a truly relaxing and memorable stay. If you’re planning a trip to Kandy and looking for a place where you can unwind while enjoying excellent service, great food, and beautiful scenery, we would definitely recommend Kandy Myst by Cinnamon. We can’t wait to visit again!
