We had a very pleasant stay for one night in two rooms, and we were extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also had both lunch and dinner at the hotel, and the food was excellent. My guest from the Maldives, Mr. Farooq, was especially happy with the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the room, and the excellent service provided by the staff. I would also like to give a special thank you to Ms. Dilke. From the moment we made our booking until the end of our stay, she provided us with excellent service and was always helpful and attentive. Her professionalism and kindness made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and look forward to staying with you again.

Everything was good, but there was no hot water when it was really cold, and smoking shouldn't be allowed in the restaurant; it was very difficult sitting there, otherwise it was a decent accommodation.

We stayed here over the weekend and the service was really good, we had multiple requests and the staff and reception were very accommodating. In addition to this the rooms were clean and comfortable and also very convenient to get to. It was only a 10 min ride from the city as well as to the Bogambara bus stand. Nearby there are a few shops including an Arpico in walking distance as well as a Pizza Hut. Would recommend for your next stay😊

It was a wonderful night. The girl at the front desk was incredibly kind and provided us with a lot of help. The room was also very comfortable, and the bed was the best part—it was so soft!

This hotel is a newly opened hotel in Kandy, a sacred site for Sri Lankan Buddhism, located in central Sri Lanka. It's a little far from the old town and there aren't many shops nearby, but there is a restaurant on the top floor. The rooms have a modern feel while retaining traditional interior design, and the room I stayed in was a Hollywood twin type. The view from the window was nice, with mountains visible in the distance. The bathroom was clean and had hot water, but the amenities were limited. Also, the TV didn't work, possibly due to a lack of signal. For consecutive stays, it seems they don't clean the room unless you ask the staff, so it was disappointing that my room hadn't been cleaned when I returned after being out all day. Aside from that, it's a very reasonably priced and recommended hotel. If you'd like to see a video introduction to this hotel, try searching for "hakurepo" or the hotel name on YouTube.

We booked our room via agoda and everything was finalized and the payment was taken. The very same day the payment was made via app, the hotel contacted us informing that they have updated the wrong price and informed that if we are to go with the booking then we have to make an additional payment per day for each day we are staying as per the booking. When we called them asking to cancel, the person who answered the phone had no idea of what we were talking about and informed that he will tell the owner. Really disappointed with the service and i would recommend others to be careful when booking’s are done as we had to rush to find another hotel during the last few days prior to the visit to kandy.

I stayed here individually for a single night and had a great experience. The service is exceptional, and the food is both clean and tasty. Not bad at all for such a reasonable price. Just a tip - be sure to ask about private car parking before you arrive, so they can arrange it for you

We stayed for 1 night and it was an excellent experience. We have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kandy.
