Excellent Stay with Very Helpful Staff Five of us stayed at HTOL on the 22nd, and we had a very pleasant experience. I had not informed the hotel in advance that my elderly mother was with us, so we were initially allocated rooms on the second floor. As soon as we realized the situation, the front office staff immediately arranged wheelchair-accessible rooms on the first floor without any hassle. A big thank you to the front office team for being so understanding and helpful. The hotel is spread across a beautiful 64-acre property, and everything was well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The meals were good, and we particularly appreciated having action stations available for both dinner and breakfast. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit a pleasant one!

I had my homecoming at Hotel Tree of Life, and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue for such a special occasion. From the beautiful location and welcoming atmosphere to the excellent service, everything contributed to making the day truly memorable. The food was one of the highlights for me. Everything was exceptionally well prepared, delicious, and thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were also incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire event, which made the experience even more pleasant. I would especially like to thank Miss. Dawn, who coordinated everything from the hotel’s side. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and approachable throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to assist me with the arrangements, was always willing to accommodate my requests, and made sure everything was coordinated smoothly. Her support and attention to detail gave me great confidence and peace of mind leading up to and during the event. I am truly grateful to the entire team at Hotel Tree of Life for helping make my homecoming such a memorable occasion. The beautiful location, fantastic food, friendly staff, and excellent coordination made it an experience I will always remember.

We recently hosted our wedding homecoming at the Tree of Life Nature Resort, and we couldn’t have asked for a more magical experience from start to finish. Nestled right in the lap of nature, the resort provided a breathtaking, tranquil backdrop surrounded by lush greenery, towering trees, and fresh mountain air, offering a serene and picturesque escape. The wedding hall itself was impeccably arranged, blending elegance with the natural charm of the surroundings, and a special thank you goes out to the management and coordination team who went above and beyond to ensure every single detail ran smoothly with total professionalism. The hospitality of the entire staff was exceptional; from the front desk to the banquet and housekeeping teams, everyone was warm, polite, and genuinely eager to help, making both us and our guests feel truly looked after. The food was an absolute highlight, featuring a rich buffet spread of delicious, high-quality options with a fantastic blend of flavors that left all our guests raving about the taste and presentation. Finally, staying in our room after the celebrations was pure bliss, as it was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and comfortable, featuring a wonderful setup that allowed us to unwind completely in total privacy and quiet. If you are looking for a venue that combines breathtaking natural beauty, stellar organization, and heartwarming hospitality for a special milestone, Tree of Life is second to none, and we thank the entire team for making our homecoming so memorable.

We had our wedding here and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and made everything easy to manage, which helped us enjoy our special day without any stress. The food was exceptional, especially considering the price we paid, and many of our guests complimented the quality and taste. The boutique hall itself is beautiful and creates a warm, elegant atmosphere for a wedding. The stay is also worth mentioning. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and the in-room dining was outstanding. The food was delicious, and the overall hospitality exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with our choice and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a memorable wedding experience.

From the initial planning stages to the conclusion of the event, every detail was handled with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional care. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Jagath and the entire hotel staff for their outstanding hospitality and impeccable service. Their dedication, friendliness, and attention to detail ensured that everything ran seamlessly, allowing us and our guests to relax and fully enjoy our special day. A special thank you also goes to Jaquelin, our event coordinator, whose patience and prompt communication made the planning process effortless. She was always willing to help and ensured that every aspect of the event reflected exactly what we had envisioned. The venue itself was breathtaking, the food was excellent, and the service exceeded all our expectations. Our family and friends had nothing but praise for the beautiful setting and the wonderful hospitality. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had at a star-level hotel. Unfortunately, the quality of service was extremely poor, and the overall experience was very disappointing. The staff were not attentive, the service was slow and unprofessional, and the entire experience felt unnecessarily demanding and frustrating. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better hospitality, professionalism, and customer care. The food was good. What should have been an enjoyable dining experience turned into a very unpleasant one. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the service quality and staff attitude. Very disappointing experience and certainly not the standard I expected from a star-level hotel.

My daughter is the bride and her groom from Netherlands & their friends, our family, their families stayed at Tree of Life Nature Resort for the wedding on Friday 28th August, 2026. Our wedding coordinator Ms Jacaline and hotel staff did marvellous service including chefs and managers. It was our home those days and we really appreciate. It's a beautiful wedding. I had an excellent experience from the very beginning. The reservation process handled by Koshila was smooth and efficient, making everything easy for me even before arrival. On arrival, the front office team especially Malaka and Mr. Hiran were extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Their friendliness and willingness to help truly stood out. I would also like to sincerely thank the team for upgrading my room to a Villa it was a wonderful surprise and made my stay even more special. The food was outstanding fresh delicious, and well-prepared which added even more to the overall experience. It’s a beautiful hotel surrounded by nature creating a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Overall, the service was exceptional, and it’s clear that the team takes great pride in what they do. I will definitely be returning and will be recommending this hotel to all my family and friends!”
