We had a wonderful stay at Arenal Kioro Suites & Spa and were very happy with our experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer plenty of space to relax. One of the highlights for us was the beautiful garden with its hot springs – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone we met, both at the reception and in the restaurant, was always friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. We felt genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. A beautiful hotel in a fantastic setting near Arenal Volcano. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Arenal Kioro Suites & Spa! 🌿🌋♨️

EVERYTHING and EVERYONE at Arenal Kioro Suites and Spa exceeded all my expectations! This hotel is beyond beautiful - the suites are exquisite, the grounds are gorgeous, and the views are breathtaking! Every detail of our stay was perfect. Even before our arrival, reception arranged for our round trip transport from the airport. and some of our tours. We were greeted so graciously and warmly, with an overview of the hotel and facilities, along with a lovely beverage as well! When we walked into our suite we all said a collective "Wow - this is amazing!" We took advantage of all the wonderful thermal hot springs on the hotel property, the delicious restaurant cuisine, and the hot tub in our room! The beauty of the grounds will take your breath away, and I loved standing on the balcony every morning to take it all in!| The entire hotel staff is professional, personal, attentive, caring, friendly and tremendously helpful. And it was so impressive how they all remembered our names as they inquired how our day was going. They went out of their way to provide the best service ever!| I highly recommend Arenal Kioro Suites and Spa! I look forwarding to returning there again! Puro Vida!

An outstanding experience in Arenal. I had the ability to stay at their Villa, and it was incredible experience that was one my highlights in Arenal/La Fortuna. The service was unparalleled. Every staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Special shoutouts to Julio and Jefferson. Julio helped us with booking all of our expeditions. A phone call resulted in a shuttle arriving. Within 2 minutes to pick us up to take us to the reception/dining area. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Lunch was equally wonderful. The cocktails and speed of service made the place even more enjoyable. The views were breathtaking and made for wonderful photographs. If visiting Arenal, you have to stay here. The on property hot springs were relaxing. The hotel does have an affiliation with Tituko (5 mins shuttle ride) for a more expansive hot springs experience, but our group was very pleased with the drinks and service at the hotel…so we were very content with staying at Kioro. Trust me, the Villa here is amazing and the price point was very reasonable for a Villa experience.

The staff were all great, especially all the restaurant staff. I especially appreciated the hotel making special arrangements to celebrate my birthday. However, some of the shortfalls included the very slow and inconsistent WIFI at our building (500), the bathroom door couldn’t be kept closed, and the in room jacuzzi never got hot. But on the positive note, the in room AC was very good, the room, bathroom and shower were spacious and had hot water. P.S. I was underwhelmed by my undercooked tomahawk during dinner.

We visited during rainy season so the hot springs were absolutely wonderful but always the midst of rain showers. We got to see the volcano covered in clouds after having breakfast which the buffet was a nice variety of American and Costa Rican favorites but the ATV tour we had during the day finished early due to pouring showers. The resort amenities and pristine locatio. are the main highlights - the room was spacious with the jacuzzi a huge plus when it got too rainy. Would come back in another season to enjoy the hot springs which is only a 5 minute walk from your room.

Our stay at Arenal Kioro was one of the highlights of our Costa Rica vacation! The setting is absolutely breathtaking, with incredible views of Arenal Volcano right from our room. Waking up each morning to that view felt unreal. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we loved having our own in-room jacuzzi. The natural hot springs on the property were peaceful and relaxing after long days of exploring waterfalls, hanging bridges, and the rainforest. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh options each morning, and the food throughout our stay was excellent. What we appreciated most was that the resort felt surrounded by nature. We saw beautiful birds and wildlife around the property, and it had a quiet, authentic Costa Rican feel while still offering all the comforts of a luxury resort. If you’re visiting the La Fortuna/Arenal area, I highly recommend staying at Arenal Kioro. It’s the perfect place to relax while still being close to all the area’s adventures. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed a three-night stay at Arenal Kioro and had a very pleasant experience.|The grounds were beautifully maintained and created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere with the surrounding natural beauty adding to the overall experience. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was friendly, personable, and welcoming. I especially appreciated that staff members remembered me and addressed me by name whenever we crossed paths, which made the experience feel more personalized and warm.|The room was comfortable and matched the photos shown online. The layout was different from what I was used to, but it was exactly as represented, so there were no surprises. The bed was decent and provided a comfortable place to rest after exploring the area.|The breakfast was decent, with enough options to start the day. Also loved having Tito’s hot springs available as an amenity at the hotel.|Overall, Arenal Kioro provided a relaxing stay with beautiful surroundings, excellent hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. The genuine friendliness of the staff truly stood out and made our three-night stay enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arenal Kioro! The hotel and grounds are lush and beautiful with stunning views of the volcano everywhere. We were in one of the Couples Suites and it was spacious, clean, comfortable and again, the views of the volcano are fantastic. The beds were so comfortable. We loved the Jacuzzi in the room with views of the volcano too. The thermal springs on property are also in a lush, beautiful setting and we enjoyed them so much that we never even took advantage of the included visits to the Titoku Springs. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and professional and made our stay even better. The location is convenient to all the activities in the area. It was so nice after hiking and other activities to come back to the quiet respite of Arenal Kioro. Highly recommend for couples, adults, and even families who want a relaxing, luxury experience.
