We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in “La Casita“ which had plenty of room for a family of five as well as a kitchen which allowed us to prepare some of our own meals. A little extra noise because we were next to the maintenance building, but it was not too bothersome. The on-site hot springs were definitely a highlight! They are crystal clear and so relaxing! And yes, there is a sloth on site and staff will help you find it. See photo proof. Breakfast was decent, but service was sometimes a bit slow. But we were on Tico Time and did not mind. Pura Vida! Highly recommend.

Loved our stay here! Everyone on the staff was extremely nice and accommodating, the hotel itself is beautiful and you can tell they love to take care of the nature and wildlife around them at all times, especially around breakfast when they stick fruits on trees for all the wildlife! Rooms were spacious and clean, distance to town center was only few minutes with Ubers. Only thing was that the WiFi was really slow, we did ask the front desk and they said they’ll send someone to repair but no one ever came. But we weren’t in the hotel during the day any way, and used the hot springs, which are highly recommended, whenever we got the chance, even in the rain! Food at breakfast had limited menu but it was delicious. The farm definitely needs to be visited so you can look at all the different animals, including cows, chickens, horses, peacocks, and even sloths in the tree!

A truly lovely hotel. Excellent location just between Arenal and La Fortuna. Breakfast options were good, staff were friendly, room was well equipped, clean and spacious. The on-site thermal pools exceeded expectations, as did the farm - my daughter loved collecting the eggs every morning and spending time with the horses. The selection of artisanal beers in the bars were also a very welcome highlight. We also had some spa treatments which were superb. If I have to pick anything negative (really minor IMO): We had an evening meal on the first night and opinions from my family were mixed. The quality was good but the options were limited so the fussier ones in my group struggled to pick things that were ideal for their needs. Most nights we travelled into La Fortuna for dinner so this wasn't generally a big issue for us.

We could not be more delighted with our experience here. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. We have a 10 and 7 year old who loved all the farm activities, they were able to collect eggs, milk the cows, and see all the animals. The breakfast was amazing and included in the room cost. They had multiple options that were all very yummy. We enjoyed the food onsite on two separate occasions and it was delicious! Highly recommended! The hot springs are a great touch, and made for an overall amazing atmosphere. We were super excited to see multiple sloths on property. Would come back and recommend to others!

We LOVE this place! The hot springs are gorgeous, we spent hours swimming! The included breakfast is delicious, as well as the lunch, dinner, and drinks (not inclued). The farm was also so much fun, we got to pet the animals, milk the cows, and collect the chickens eggs. Younger children can even ride the horses! The place was beautiful overall with a huge variety of cool plants and animals like sloths! Honestly my favorite hotel I have ever been to!

I would stay here again hands down! Great staff, very friendly and helpful! Clean room...my only complaint would be to add more hooks to hang towels or clothes. |Our room was cleaned daily and we were greeted with new towel animals daily, which was a cute touch! I requested (and paid extra) for the staff to get some balloons for my son's birthday, so everything was setup cute when we checked in. Great hotel! Would recommend with no hesitation!

Wonderful hotel centrally located to all the main attractions in La Fortuna. We loved the individual cabanas. They were very spacious and comfortable. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. I took many pictures of the different fauna. The Hot Springs were a great thing to do after a day of sightseeing Breakfast was delicious and a good way to start each day. The staff was wonderful and very attentive to all of our needs. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone
