I had such a lovely time here. The owner is very very nice, communication easy, it is safe and quiet. A large supermarket nearby where you can get anything. Biking around Lucca was such a nice experience, there’s designated biking lines so no worries about coming cars. There are so many choices for breakfast I tried different things everyday. I got the single room and I think it’s the best one in the house with a spacious bathroom

Overall amazing experience, and the best value for money I’ve ever seen. The owners are friendly and accommodating for English speakers, the rooms themselves are clean, and they provide a delicious breakfast and bikes to get to the city and back. It is a 10-15 minute bike ride and a roughly 40 min walk to the city center but it was easily worth it for how amazing the place is.

Best value for money, no questions asked. We stayed here for the entire duration of the Lucca Comics and Games event. The owner of the villa kindly picked us up from the bus station and offered to take us back when we left. Every morning we were greeted with a delicious breakfast to boost our energy before heading into town. I should mention that the inside of the walls is not far away, so you can walk the distance, but the villa also offers bikes to make your lives easier. Overall, it is a place I would happily stay at again if I find myself in Lucca!

The owner was nice and very helpful the entire stay. Rooms were very spacious and clean. You get an amazing breakfast and quick access to the city. The free bikes were a huge plus. Definitely coming back soon! Thanks!

B&b villa sunrise was absolutely amazing would have stayed longer if we could! Edoardo was a great host and made a lovely breakfast in the morning which is included. We also got to use the bikes free of charge and cycled around Lucca and the walls surrounding the city. The rooms were really well designed and very clean. Had a great time in Lucca and would definitely return!

This should not even be listed as hotel! I booked a room via Expedia and when I arrived here..there was no one here. Not even ghosts! Then I found in the fine prints that last check-in time was 5.30pm than why I was able to book this at 8pm for the same night?!! I had to call Expedia to cancel the booking and now I am having to look for a hotel at 11.51 pm in a remote Italian village!! 🤬😡😡 Update: received text from B&B owner threatening me to remove the review but lady you missed the part where I mentioned- if your last check in time was 5.30pm than why your listing was still up at 8pm for that day?! If you can't take guests in after 5.30pm, no one should be able to book in your property for that day!

Great place to stay during a visit to Lucca and surroundings, just 5 minutes by car from the city walls: rooms are spacious and very clean, simply but functionally decorated and dotted with private bathroom. Hosts are helpful and very welcoming, and breakfast is served with homemade cake and marmalade (really good!) The villa has a nice garden where the breakfast is served if the weather allows, and also a shared living room where you can read or relax. It's next to a "strada statale" but the noise is quite bearable, even in summer with the window fully open. Highly recommended.

A very small place, but very cozy. The location is OK. Placed pretty close to a larger road, but this is not a problem. A car is required to go into the city. Eduardo was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast that he cooked was very nice. Room was big and clean, but the bathroom is weirdly placed in the room. Pretty easy to figure out that it was added into the the room recently. But this is OK. (See picture)
