Booked our room through Booking.com. One of our must have was car park. We called in advance to find out where we can park our car. The receptionist told us that we can park by the side of the road which was quite off putting for us. Once we got there we realised that there is a huge car park lot next to the hotel but the hotel doesn’t provide any special rates for their guests which I find rather lame. It is €18 per day which is quite okay. The room we got is the simplest one. The bed looks smaller than queen side but it was clean and comfortable. The shower does not have a screen which made the entire bathroom wet once you use the shower. The hotel is located at the start of the city which is okay. It is about 8mins walk from the city hall. Overall it’s okay but I don’t think it will be my preferred hotel in the future.

We stayed for several nights and overall the experience was okay, but one issue was disappointing. One day, after we left the room around noon, there was no housekeeping service at all when we returned later in the evening. We contacted reception, and the staff were polite and helpful in providing clean towels and other items, which we appreciated. However, we never received a clear explanation about why the room had not been cleaned that day.

Wonderful location near the heart of a bustling neighborhood! Rooms are clean and atmosphere is friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was adequate, but not worth the buffet price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Location is great and amenities as well. The problem is the cleaning is done suboptimal especially considering the high price of the hotel. You would 100% expect something different. At this point I really don’t care about the bears sry, I want my room and towels and everything to be clean if I’m paying such a high price

Went for the concert. Really friendly staff but lift to our room didn’t work for 3 days, our room was hardly made up each day (bed was hardly made up and glasses never washed/replaced) and breakfast was pretty average. Pretty much a student hangout. All the same, a good location for the concert.

Have stayed here before. Not much has changed. A very functional space (an old transformed factory or warehouse, with the beam steels having been integrated nicely in the design of the rooms and the buildings.) The rooms are large (high ceiling) and functional. There is a kettle and some coffee and tea supplies. (The coffee -- some drip coffee thingy -- is pathetically weak, and you might as well forget about it.) |The brekkie -- at 17.50 Euro -- is decent.|There is also a bar on the rooftop and many other social spaces (table tennis, gym) which I have yet to explore. |The staff is mostly friendly although some have quite the chip on their shoulder, sometimes bordering on the rude. Management might want to pay attention to it.

I had a wonderful stay at The Social Hub Maastricht! The hotel itself is super cool with a very unique and modern concept. Everything from the delicious breakfast to the general atmosphere was spot on. A special huge thank goes to Wieger H.: he was incredibly helpful and managed to switch my room to a quieter one, which made my stay so much more comfortable. Also, don't miss the rooftop bar, the cocktails there are excellent! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Maastricht. Highly recommended!

Great location, very nice room with a comfortable bed and all needed amenities. Gym is small but with the essentials and the most useful thing was the access to laundry :)
