I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Okura Macau. The overall experience was highly impressive, and I will definitely return! First and foremost, I must give a special mention to Val. His service was absolutely top-notch—extremely friendly, attentive, polite, and deeply humble. His warm hospitality alone makes me want to come back. The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, complete with a Dyson hairdryer and a bathtub much larger than standard hotel tubs. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job, keeping the room spotless with impressive speed. Must-Visit: 29th Floor Facilities|I highly recommend spending time on the 29th floor, which features a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and therapy rooms. Every staff member on this floor was warm, welcoming, and always greeted guests with bright smiles. Pro tip: Go up around sunset! Performing your workout or relaxing while watching the sunset is an unbeatable experience. Area for Improvement: 6th Floor Breakfast Service|Unfortunately, my experience at the 6th-floor restaurant was disappointing due to a female staff member. She never smiled and began clearing the buffet before 11:00 AM. While I was still eating, she started removing plates from my table without asking first, making me feel pressured and rushed. Meanwhile, there was a completely unattended empty table nearby stacked with dirty plates that she ignored, and other dining guests were left undisturbed. Since official breakfast hours are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, I strongly suggest that the hotel refrains from clearing items—such as the salad bar—until after 11:00 AM so guests can fully enjoy their allocated time. Despite this single incident, the rest of the stay was magnificent. Thank you to Val and the 29th-floor team for making our trip so special. We will be back!

Leaving a 5 star review here just because we met two of this hotel’s most welcoming staff. We went to Hotel Okura not as hotel guests but just to get ice cream! We were greeted and assisted so well! Special shout out to Sir Julius and Sir Allan. Made us want to check in at Hotel Okura on our next visit. Thank you!!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel in early May. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service from the entire staff, especially the manager Yuri, who was happy to help with any questions. We stayed at three different 5-star hotels in Macau, but this one stands out. Clean rooms, excellent cleaning, personalized service – every phone cord is neatly folded, your cosmetics will be neatly laid out, slippers and a robe are provided especially for the child, and soft toys and little tasty treats will make every child happy and their parents loyal. Excellent outdoor wave pool and beach with cocktails. Unfortunately, they don't offer rooms with breakfast, they would surely have been just as perfect, but there are plenty of cafes nearby for every taste, so you definitely won't go hungry. We will definitely return to this hotel again! From Russia with love!

Perfect Family Vacation – September 2026 🤍 We received such a warm welcome from the hotel team, especially Yuri and Val. We travelled with our mother, who uses a wheelchair, and they took wonderful care of us from the moment we arrived. They assisted us every step of the way, from getting out of the car all the way to our room, and continuously checked whether there was anything else they could help us with throughout our stay. The hospitality was truly exceptional. We were so impressed that we were already planning our next visit even before checking out! A big thank you to Yuri, Val, and the entire hotel team for making our family vacation so memorable. 🤍

We stayed in Okura few weeks ago. My kids really enjoyed. Rooms are quite okay, we are on lower floor,so we cant have the resort view, and the balcony door can’t be opened. We love the club lounge on 6 floor, and Krystal and Britney always greet us with a smile. We want to stay in this hotel if we have a chance to go back to macau.

Our stay at Hotel Okura Macau was amazing - the staff’s attention to detail, in particular Yuri and Val, made us feel so welcome - especially all the additional gifts and treats for our 6-y/o daughter. The ease of access to the grand resort deck (water park) was also a bonus! Strongly recommend to anyone.

All was good except the smoking smell in the room althogh it was a non smoking room. The smoking smell was so strong that I couldn't sleep well. They changed the room next day and it was ok. The Ramen resturant was just down there and many shops connected to other hotels.

I have been to many top rated hotels, and Okura Macau is certainly one of the best. On top of that, the manager of executive lounge provided thoughtful services that made me feel like real VIP. I really recommend this hotel for everyone.
