For a singaporean, this hotel is like a new condo which is smaller in size than a typical hdb flat, but packed with amenities. The room is compact but comes with everything! Half sized washing machine useful for small load, induction stove, places to hang your wet laundry (also public laundry room to wash and dry), toilet and bathtub, hairdryer, fridge, humidifier, etc. The bed we had was a compact double. Smaller than queen. What else? From 5-7pm happy hour with free alcohol and soft drinks. If you drink more than one then just pay ¥400 each. A new public Onsen! Great to ease the muscles after a like hike at Kamikochi. Come between 9.30-10.30pm and get free chasuka (rice porridge) snack. They even have free massage chairs at level 2 where the free Onsen is. The location is 5 min walk from Matsumoto station. And it’s also 5 mins walk to restaurant street, Donki, Delicia supermarket and 10mins to several larger malls like Aeon. Highly recommended!!!

My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) had a nice 2-night stay at this hotel. It was conveniently a very short walk from the train station. The neighborhood felt safe. The rooms were modern and clean. I had reserved two rooms with a washing machine, which meant we ended up on separate floors since apparently this room type is stacked with one on each floor. This was okay since our kids are old enough but if you do need 2 rooms, I would recommend asking ahead of time about room types/ locations. I wished the washing machine had been a combination washer/dryer instead of just a washer. They did provide a handy rack for drying clothes, but our clothes were still damp when we checked out. One of the best parts of this hotel was the breakfast buffet, which was very extensive with many choices, both western and Asian--definitely very convenient and tasty.

Location was very close to the bus terminal, it was just a 2-3 minutes walk. Room was decently sized, we were able to open 2 of our luggages fully. The female onsen might be a little smaller in size, they could only accommodate 5 people for the showers and there was only 1 pool. It was still a great experience though! Love the location and size of the room!

Near to the bus stop and train station. Massage chairs available on my room level, vending machine, ice maker n cup, free ice cream and also onsen..! Rooms had washer bt no dryer,bt were provided with hangers. Good room size,my stay was wonderful.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, it was a good experience and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Clean comfortable hotel. Close to station and very good amenities. Nice onsen and massage chairs. Laundry in room and outside room too. Rooms small and really bad smell of damp. Other than that it’s a great hotel. I got a nice Mountain View too! Staff very friendly and breakfast has great selection!!! But please offer DECAF COFFFEE. I have a heart condition. I cannot enjoy a cup of morning coffee like regular folks. Please it’s not that expensive and MANY old people drink decaf. Please please offer decaffeinated next time.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is very nice and clean and had very nice sized rooms with everything you could think of. The welcome drink was delicious, the evening snack was such a nice feature and the breakfast was great with so many choices. Beds were comfortable and the staff even gives women face masks/foot masks for comfort! Only about 2 blocks from the station so it’s easy to to get to and from while traveling. Also this hotel is walking distance from many shopping streets, restaurants, a shrine and the castle! We used this as a quick overnight pit stop on our way to Nagoya and Osaka and it was really nice to break up the trip and sight see here!

The staff is friendly, and the breakfast quality is solid. The hot spring is also great, and you can even enjoy some ice cream after your bath. It’s easy to get to this place from Matsumoto Station, which means you have convenient access to the city’s bus system and can easily visit nearby sightseeing spots, even on rainy or possibly snowy days. Check-in starts at 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. (Written on June 15, 2026)
