Tripadvisor· 2 months agoBusiness trip over several weeks. Rooms very nice and spacious. Breakfast buffet has limited choices but good quality and service is good. Enjoyed Dinner and drinks for several nights at the bar where Jonny looked after us very well. The arrachera steak is highly recommended. Thank you !

Google· 5 months agoAmazing hotel, the rooms are really cozy and have a great view of the city (If your on a specific side) Service is great, the room attendant even put my lobster in bed, it was so cute seeing that after coming back from a taxi. Food is great too, Haydee provided us with great service and my mother said “It was the best coffee during our stay” I got a personal pizza with only pepperoni, pizza is great. Dinner rolls are good and there was mini crunchy breadsticks, the breadsticks were a little messy though. Pretty great location, I was waken up by a motorcycle meet at 7:30 in the morning though. But on the bright side there is a mall under the hotel or you could go to Patio Santa Fe with a Taxi. Great hotel, would recommend.

Google· 5 months agoAt the pool, we ordered and they said they’d bring our drinks. Almost an hour and 3 reminders later, we finally got them. For some reason, mine was in a plastic cup. My husband’s non-alcoholic drink was in a nice glass, like everyone else’s. People after me were getting nice glasses. It’s weird it was just me? The entire time we were out there, I watched servers going to people (especially the lucky few on the nice chairs) to ask if they needed anything. Hours went by and I was not approached even once. 23 watched them offer chairs to other people. We had to ask for chairs. After sitting on the uncomfortable plastic chairs for a couple hours, I watched an employee shuffle a new pair of people to a couple deck chairs being vacated. They were on the deck chairs before the people even left, so we didn’t get a chance to go there. Most of the deck chairs were actually empty, just covered in people’s things as they swam for hours. It feels discriminatory. When we checked in the guy just gave me a key and said that’s it. No information about breakfast or any other amenities at the hotel. Everything is just very… I don’t know. It seemed that I was pre-judged and for some reason unworthy of quality service. Extremely disappointing. What a waste of money. Camino Real would have been a better idea.

Trip.com· 4 months agoAmazing quality hotel, well decorated. Complimentary valet as well. It’s a hotel for business stays not tourism. I stayed here on purpose though as world cup opening was happening & everything in the city was extortionate. Good bang for your buck if you have your own transport.

Tripadvisor· a month agoSecond time in a month I have stayed at this hotel , with the easy check in with Danna and when ever I needed anything the excellent help she provided was very much appreciated , the manger of the hotel Mr Kutlu has this place running on a very high level , as a diamond member who’s stayed at Hiltons 150 nights this year , this hotel is by far the best service , the best experience , and the best staff ,

Tripadvisor· 2 months agoOne of the best Hilton experience I’ve had as a diamond member , the staff, the manager , the location , the roof top pool , to the most amazing breakfast a person can ask for , friendly , helpful and a true vacation in a vacation , with a mall with in walking distance , and the entire experience , the way this hotel is managed , all of Hiltons should take notes !!!

Trip.com· 6 months agoMy experience was very good. The staff were polite and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The facilities were nice and everything worked properly. The location is great and easy to access. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.
