Google· a month agoRooms a bit dated but adequate. Staff members are nice. Pool is well heated which is a good thing given it is outdoors and half uncovered. Though 720 pesos PER PERSON to use the sauna (?) - feels like a bit of a weird move for this JW to pull. Maybe they are scrambling for money - economy is bad for everyone huh.

Tripadvisor· 7 months agoIt’s important to be cautious with the exchange rate used by the hotel, as it is significantly higher than usual. In my case, I ended up paying approximately 15% more per night compared to the advertised price due to the exchange rate applied. We received an excellent welcome from Yamile during check-in, who made us feel great from the very first moment. We especially appreciated the upgrade to a Master Suite, a thoughtful touch that made a real difference in our stay. The pool, with its warm water, was very comfortable and enjoyable. The internet was fast and reliable at all times. We would also like to highlight the excellent service from Yessica and Mónica in the lounge, always attentive and kind. As a point for improvement, the room’s ventilation system made a fairly loud noise that woke us up around 5 a.m. Even after turning off the air conditioning, the noise continued. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options and impeccable service. Overall, we had a wonderful and very enjoyable stay.

Google· 2 months agoOverall, the hotel was in a quiet location in Mexico City, with a mall conveniently located right next door. The spa was wonderful, and the service in the lounge was truly exceptional and one of the highlights of my stay. Unfortunately, the billing experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel double-charged my credit card, and despite multiple emails and phone calls, it took nearly two months to receive a response and have the charges reversed. As a Titanium member, I was especially disappointed by how difficult it was to resolve what should have been a relatively simple issue. While the charges were eventually corrected, the situation was handled without any meaningful apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Overall, there were some excellent aspects to the stay, particularly the spa and lounge service, but the billing issue and lack of communication significantly impacted my experience.

JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Santa Fe· 5 years agovery comfortable and clean room. we were aware that some amenities would be unavailable before the booking was made because of covid protocols. staff was excellent, food was very good. room was excellent. although small observation is that one would expect a more modern smart TV at this point at a hotel of this category. and maybe the shower facility has room for improvement. but those are small things that did not bother us really. we had a lovely 2 night stay and would definitely recommend. thanks very much.

Google· 7 months agoSome things felt mediocre for a JW. The bathrooms could definitely use a remodel. The service itself was good. Room service food was so-so, and the breakfast area could improve the food quality. Overall, still a good stay.

Google· 11 months agoGreat location in the heart of Santa Fe. Though getting here from the airport is an hour+ drive. Staff is very friendly and quick to greet you as you walk through the lobby. The rooms are well appointed and offer a good selection of toiletries just in case you forgot something. While there isnt a sundries store, there is a small mall just across the street. Room service is available but I wasn’t able to use it. The number came up busy each time I rang. So I went to the restaurant on the main floor.
