Everything was excellent. Clean, friendly staff, good food and reasonably priced. Underground parking was a huge plus.

We had stayed here a couple of times before and really liked the hotel, especially the modern rooms with very spacious bathrooms and great showers. This time, we thought we'd try a one bedroom suite with a kitchen. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. First of all, to get to the room we have to leave the hotel—which is fine and understandable—however, the access to our room was through an "alley" at the side of the building with garbage bins and then into a dimly lit, enclosed area which is basically a service entrance, housing restaurant supplies and access to the restaurant kitchen. The door to our room is from this area. The room itself was quite dated and very small with kind of an awkward layout. The kitchen was decent with nice appliances, but also very dimly lit. The living room area was small with a sofa which didn't appear to be very clean and a TV on the opposite wall over a fireplace. The separate bedroom was just barely big enought to fit the king-size bed. The bathroom was very small and very dated—not at all like the rooms in the main building. Because we were near the service area, there was constant noises (banging, and humming of equipment) until almost midnight and starting early in the mornig. All in all, not an enjoyable stay, considering we could have stayed in the main building in a much nicer room for the same price. I do recommend 124 on Queen, just don't stay in suite 801.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The service was fantastic, they very very kindly upgraded us because we were celebrating a birthday. There’s a shuttle that will take you within a 10 minute radius in the afternoon, which includes a ton of wineries. The room was stunning, amenities were fantastic, and the bed super comfortable. The staff in the NOTL restaurant were also fantastic. The hydrotherapy spa circuit was great, I will say they had some power issues the day that we were there so the saunas weren’t super hot but not a huge deal. Will be returning in the future and would recommend to friends!!

What an absolute perfect location for a stay at Niagara On The Lake! This hotel is right on the main street, Queen, making it superbly easy to step out and be in the middle of things. There are two buildings - the main hotel, which has a spa, restaurant, Zen garden, Starbucks - and an outpost building, the first floor of which is for weddings and events and the second floor has 9 rooms. We were in the outpost building, and while the main building has free interior garage parking, the outpost does have a few parking spots outside of it. You do have to walk a flight of stairs, but they'll help you with your luggage. The staff is exceptional! The spa is amazing, and you won't know until you check in that there is a great Wellness Wednesday special where you can do an incredible sound bath (ANITA! You're an angel) and the hydrotherapy circuit, which is so relaxing and fun (the snow room!). We stayed here for two nights and at Pillar and Post for two nights, and while that hotel was nice - a different vibe - I would have chosen to remain at 124 on Queen if I knew better.

My fiancé and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at 124 on Queen! I had planned an overnight stay for her birthday, as well as a surprise proposal, and the staff was nothing short of extraordinary. Every single staff member went above and beyond to help ensure that our engagement would be a memory we will cherish for a lifetime. Raghav in particular was extremely kind and communicated efficiently with me leading up to our stay to ensure everything was in order. Outside of the exemplary staff, the hotel itself was beautiful! The rooms spacious, extremely clean, and very elegant. The hotel is located in the heart of the NOTL strip, and everything we needed was only a short walking distance away. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the staff at the Treadwell restaurant, who also went above and beyond in making our post-engagement brunch with our family so special. The food was outstanding, and the service was first-class! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in experiencing the beauty of NOTL and will absolutely be returning!

My husband and I spent our first anniversary at 124 on Queen and had a wonderful experience. You are right in the heart of Niagara on the Lake and have easy access to dining, shopping, and relaxation. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a particularly nice bathroom with large walk in shower and double sink. We also received wonderful service at the spa. If you are looking for a weekend getaway, this is the place to book!

This Hotel is amazing. It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it. We stayed in a king suite and it was spacious, very well remodeled, and clean. The Spa was fantastic, you are steps from everything in town, and the shuttle will take you anywhere within 10 minutes of hotel. The back gardens are so relaxing and beautiful to hang out in with a glass of wine. There is an on site higher end restaurant/bar and Starbucks is connected to the hotel. The included parking garage is a plus. You can tell the gentleman who built this place really took all the best parts of their travels and put it into one. Perfect for a couples get away!

Just spent two nights at 124 on Queen Hotel and Spa. It is a lovely hotel and the staff is terrific. We had a room on the ground floor and could open the door to the large, beautifully landscaped garden. We were there to see the Shaw Festival plays. The hotel is just a short walk from the theatres and is right on the central main street. It's also steps away from the water and many parks. We plan to return next year!
