Excellent stay near Niagara Falls! Friendly and super helpful front desk staff who gave us a thorough overview of everything. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The continental breakfast was standard but good enough to get the day started, and the contactless check-out was super convenient. Location-wise, it’s only a short walk to Clifton Hill and the main falls area, plus there's a convenience store just steps away. Overall, a great and hassle-free experience!

This hotel is in a very good location, so much we can just walk to. Our room was newly renovated and very nice. The refrigerator wasn’t very cold and the nice gentleman was there in less than 5 min. to address (just had to adjust a setting on the back of it). Despite the ton of people cycling through they keep it surprisingly clean. Breakfast was not that great, thus 4 stars. Bread and danishes were stale. Other options were very limited and meh. Overall we’d stay here again if in the area.

This was our 3rd or 4th stay here. It is a nice, clean hotel, with friendly and helpful staff - Ashiana, Chris, Rowan, are the names that come to mind. The beds are comfy and the rooms well appointed. The complimentary coffee and cookies are a nice touch. Sherry and Shawna were the housekeepers on our floor and they were extremely nice, always checking if we needed anything. The free breakfast is very good and the staff in the breakfast room are also friendly - Jackie, Sakshi, Manpreet. The parking lot has been paved and that was a pleasant surprise, after parking on gravel before. The hotel is being redone and we missed the updated rooms by a week. Well, there's next time!

We love this place. The location is great, the rooms are nice and clean and comfortable, the breakfast is more than adequate for an "included hot breakfast". We stay at this place every time we come to the falls. My only gripe was that we weren't able to get a room when we decided to stay an extra night. Truthfully, its not surprising that they're fully booked out, for a moderately priced room in Niagara falls it can't be beat. The always available coffee and tea in the lobby along with cookies is such a nice touch.Thanks again for hospitality, we will see you next time!

The staff was very friendly and very helpful upon arrival and check out. They both took time to explain the procedures and where to have breakfast, etc. We had a renovated room with a whirlpool tub on a renovated floor. Very cozy and smelled new. Very comfortable bed as well. Slept like a rock! And the breakfast was very well organized and clean. The staff kept everything stocked and organized even though the morning was very busy with the crowd. Nicely done. Thank you!!

I had a hard time picking a hotel in Niagara but I'm glad we ended up picking Country Inn & Suites. The walk to the falls is misleading to me if you read reviews, so I felt the need to leave my own review. Walk to rainbow bridge/american falls area is at most 10 minutes, and I would say another 10-15 if you're going all the way to horseshoe falls. You can see both very well after the 10 minute walk though. Hotel itself, very clean, great hospitality, cookies in the lobby, coffee, etc. Breakfast was basic (waffles, cereal, pastries, etc) but it more than met our needs, so no complaints here. Rooms were comfortable but the tv's are pretty bad if you're going to be in the room for an extended period of time. Just really old, basic HD tv's so if there was an upgrade I could suggest it would be that. TV's are so cheap nowadays, it would be an issue fix imo. Anyway, beds were comfortable, room was clean, high water pressure, so we would definitely stay here again. Pool was clean and huge as well! Overall, I liked not being in one of the larger hotels that are right in the touristy area. Short walk to everything, great food options nearby, and again an easy walk to both of the falls. Would a room with a falls view be cool, yes, but for the cost of this hotel and what's included, it allowed us to feel more comfortable spending money elsewhere for experiences, snacks, etc. Highly recommend for families (5 in mine) and we would absolutely stay here again. The staff was amazing. The room was perfect. The door handle of the bathroom was not working properly and right away the maintenance guy Paul is believe his name was came and replaced it right away. Breakfast was excellent every morning. We have absolutely nothing negative to say. I would recommend this place 100%

This is the only hotel my husband and I stay at when we're in Niagara Falls. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable. The staff is always pleasant, friendly and efficient. They provide coffee in the lobby and you're greeted with cookies upon check-in. Breakfast is an assortment of bread products, cereals, oatmeal and yogurt. Oftentimes there are eggs and waffle makers. Very tasty. Kitchen staff is busy making sure everything is fresh and they are nice to talk to. I highly recommend Country Inn and Suites to anyone coming to visit Niagara Falls.
