We have stayed in this hotel at least 30 times. The price is always unbeatable and it's a great hotel. It has a nice game room for the kids and it was a big pool and the rooms are a good size and comfortable beds. It's right across the street from domino's so pizza right there and right next door to dollarama and alotnof other stores for all your needs and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. This is a clean hotel

Check in was fast and smooth, used a groupon to book and got a bunch of coupons when I booked which was great! Bed was comfy, whirlpool was great, I love how many lights there were in the room which you don’t see often! The only two problems we had were that our first morning we had the sign on the door for do not disturb and housekeeping was BANGING on our door repeatedly until we opened the door just to ask when we were leaving if we were checking out that day. Then our second night there seemed to be a shortage of hot water around 10pm? our shower/bath was very cool temperature but other than that I would recommend and stay again!!

We had a great stay at the Ramada Wyndham Niagara Falls near the Falls! The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to see and do—and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. What really made our experience stand out was the customer service. Tim at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. When we realized our original room was smaller than expected for two adults and a toddler, with no tub or view, he kindly upgraded us without hesitation. His professionalism, kindness, and quick solution made our trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to Tim, we felt truly taken care of, and we’ll definitely return to this hotel in the future. Highly recommend for families visiting Niagara Falls!

Room was great location was very clean. The problem i had is when I got the booking confirmation it stated that parking fees was included in the price, but when I got there they charged me $70 parking fees I showed the clerk proof but she said no that I had to pay

Response from the property

Sherri, Thank you for sharing your experience with us and for highlighting both the positive and the disappointing parts of your stay. It is very concerning to read that you were charged for parking after your confirmation indicated the fees were included, especially after you showed proof at the front desk. Please contact our management team directly at 905-356-0052 with a copy of your confirmation showing parking included, so we can investigate further and discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include adjusting or refunding the parking charge if confirmed.

This had to have been the most awful stay I have ever experienced. We booked for 3 night and left after 1, which we wouldn’t have stayed the one night had we had a choice! We got there in the evening and checked in and looked through the bed and found our blanket had a tear and a yellow stain? We never checked anything else at that point but went and told the front desk and asked for it to be changed while we were gone. When we got back around 11:30pm we entered the room to see that the bed was NOT changed and when further looking around there was mold everywhere. I ended up contacting Expedia (book through them) and they this time contacted the hotel which then moved us rooms. On to room two, we get in the room and checked around there is still MUCH mold, dirt and now bugs, so we contact the front desk again and they send us to yet ANOTHER room. We get to room THREE! And check around and the mattress has blood or something on it, dirt everywhere, bugs in the picture frames and still mold! We go to the front desk and explain how this is not acceptable and we don’t want to stay their, to which we are answered with another room change and a promise of a refund of the 2 night that we would not be staying, because at this point it is almost 1am they can not give a refund for that day and we can not get another hotel till morning. So on to the next room, this room was a bit cleaner , no carpet, but still mold and the mattress was tore apart to the point the entire thing was just yellow foam. We stayed up all night and checked out first thing in the morning with a PROMISE of a refund for the other 2 nights. A week or so went by with no refund, so I then contacted Expedia to see if they could look into it. They contacted them and made them give a refund as they were not going to do so. Absolute NIGHTMARE DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY!

The service was great. We were booked at the hotel up the street with Groupon. Unfortunately they were fully booked but couldn’t reach us because the type of booking. The amazing thing is they went above and beyond and booked us in at another local hotel which was a total upgrade and much closer to all of our pre booked plans! Thank you Ramada!

Response from the property

Dear Patricia, Thank you very much for your kind review! We truly appreciate your understanding. As mentioned, the relocation was arranged prior to your arrival; however, because the reservation was made through a third-party booking and did not include contact information, we were unfortunately unable to reach you directly at the time. We’re very glad that our team was able to step in and secure accommodations at another nearby hotel that better suited your plans and location needs. Our goal is always to ensure our guests are well taken care of, even when unexpected situations arise. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future!

Only hotel I'll stay in in the falls. It's spotless, price is right. Been coming here since 2006 and fell in love with the staff Corrine and Susan back then! Lots has changed since then, but the rooms are kept so spotless, staff are accommodating and friendly. Just love this place. Has a warm, cozy feel and the price is unbeatable.
