Guy at the front was very kind. The room we got had a broken fridge and crooked toilet seat. They changed us to a different room after I mentioned the issue with the toilet seat. I also left my earrings in the bathroom and realized that I did after we had checked out. I went back after to check to see if they had found them. Room service didn't return them to the front, so that's why I'm grading their service with 3 stars. Would I stay here again? Most likely not after these incidences.

I love my stay at IP City Hotel while I was exploring Osaka. It is close to train stations and Shinsaibashi which is good for shopping and restaurants for food.

Currently checked in here. The staff at the reception who assisted us was not friendly, and a bit offending. So that was not a great impression. I am pregnant and I am not feeling relaxed. I am with my senior parents as well. Though the other staff at the reception was nice. They were kind enough to give us 3 rooms on the same floor after we asked for it. The twin room is nice and has space. But the double room is too tiny. Lacking of some toiletries compared to other hotels we stayed at. Has coffee at the lobby but no cream/sugar/stirrer. Very stingy. We're so far not enjoying our stay. Will update review after all the days we spent. Over-all, not a very welcoming experience. Location is nice though. Update: Wow, put a Makeup Room sign. But our room was not made! They just replenish water and slipper, and took the trash. But the bed is the same as we left. First time I encountered this kind of service. So poor.

Great location—within walking distance to three different train lines and very close to Shinsaibashisuji, which is super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself is clearly dated and could use a renovation. The room size is typical for a business hotel in Japan. Staffs were friendly. The best part of this hotel is the value—it offers excellent pricing compared to other hotels in the area.

The rooms were absolutely filthy. There was black mold on the air conditioning unit. When we shifted the bed, we found old pills. Lying on the floor so they aren't cleaning the rooms and the air intake was absolutely disgusting. We bailed almost immediately.

Only ended up in this hotel because of our tour guide group, otherwise, I would never book this hotel. The rooms are dusty, my nose ended up bleeding because of the dry air. No circulation of any sort. The bathroom looks like it’s been added on, airplane vibe type of bathroom and not clean at all (shower curtain definitely not new). The lobby is “fancy” looking but don’t let that fool you because the rooms are not. There were dusts all in the room, the air filter is full of dust and I don’t think it was ever changed (air filter was in closet so I did not put anything in there at all). The carpet looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed since they opened. The staff was not helpful or friendly at all when you call to ask for something. On our last day, only friendly staff was working at the desk. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, that’s it!

Its at indian hotel. You barely see a jap employee. Rooms are super cramped and out dated that luggages need to be on the bed for you to move around. Place is very very dusty and smells like a jap surplus store is ever u hv been in one, so its a no go for someone with allergies like me. Front desk says airconditioning is only for heater if the weather is cold so forget even asking if you can change the settings bec. " its for the whole bldng" best advice they can gve u is to open a window ( true story ). Free bfast is ok but super lacks variety and you can tell that some of the food are just reheated from left overs. Location is near tourist spots but there are tons of other hotels in the area with the same price..
