The rooms in the hotel were slightly disappointing, however, the beds were quite comfortable allowing us to get a good nights rest. Unfortunately some of the staff were quite rude and they seemed very agitated when we were speaking to them. Overall, I would only rate this experience a 4/10 as there is a lot of room for improvements and some changes should be made quickly along with cleanliness of the rooms.

We came as a school trip (performing arts group) and we had some vegetarians and people who were allergic to nuts. our teachers reported this and they did nothing about it. they gave chicken to everyone for lunch and vegetarians couldn't eat it. also people with braces couldn't eat the baguette or apple. one person with a severe nut allergy couldn't enter the room as she couldn't breathe with nuts in there and the hotel refused to feed her so she had to walk across the street to eat at mcdonalds. as we are a performing arts group we performed at 2 places (disney and a park) and on our last day we were having an emotional meeting with saying goodbye to the y11/13s (their last show) and celebrating our achievements and a worker came and told us to be a bit quieter (i understand as we were quite loud) so we did. we were near the end when we were having our emotional speeches and goodbyes and the same woman barges in and starts shouting at us in french (even though she knew we only spoke english). from what i could understand she wanted us gone from the quiet space where nobody was. the hospitality was very poor and unwelcoming. to be honest it was quite a funny experience but I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

It’s a bit off the beaten path for the tourist attractions but a great value. Very convenient to metro station and bus stops which are right out side of the hotel but I was disappointed that the metro had closed down the day I arrived for a month for updates and repairs and there was a replacement bus for the metro. Rooms are cozy but clean. Bring your own shampoo and soap as the soap supplied is not great. There is a hairdryer. I arrived early and they allowed me to store my luggage until I could check in. I had a later flight and was also able to store my luggage after I checked out while I enjoyed the sites for the day. I would stay again.

Service was abysmal, most of the staff were rude and ignorant to our various special dietary requirements, and one member of staff insisted that this one item of food was safe for someone with a nut allergy despite the label clearly stating that “It may contain nuts”!!! The staff also tried stopping us from filling our water bottles up with the supplied bottled water that was on the breakfast table and told us to use the machine in reception to do this. The machine downstairs required money for small bottles of water and other soft drinks. On a more positive note, the bag meals were satisfactory as well as breakfast.

Stayed as part of a large school group. Rooms were obviously recently refurbished, very clean, with large, comfortable beds. Tea/coffee making facilities, hot shower. No air-conditioning but fan in room so even during the heat wave the room was OK. |Breakfast was fresh and had a good choice of fresh breads and pastries, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, hot food, fruit juice, cereal, coffee machine. Communal areas were very clean. Vending machines and water refilling station also available in the lobby. Bar/lounge area with tv screens and a little outside terrace area. This hotel was ideal for our needs. There was a shopping centre and a McDonald's right beside it.

My daughter who went as part of a school trip was extremely disappointed when given a room to only find mess, alcohol bottles, cigarettes and blood on the bed sheets. She was given another room but the shower didn’t work. There was also noise from construction works during the night. Do not recommend at all.

Don’t stay here. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I went into the bathroom and the toilet had diarrhoea. Also I went for a sleep and my bed had pubic hairs on it! |I’ll put this simply. This place shouldn’t still be open.

Totally disaster! I booked a double bed on 21mar26 at evening and they even put me on single bed without informing me like it’s normal!!! Since i refused to stay there then they said i will get refund by next day.. i never got after contacting twice. so they scammed my money even tho I as a client service employee i was more surprised by the behaviour of the receptionist like he never got training how to work with clients service.
