Affordable family-oriented hotel where your kids at any age will have a blast. Ours is only 1.5 yrs old and she loves the slider and shallow pool. We were there during long weekend school break and lobby was packed but check in was quick and well-managed but we were given no information about the hotel or breakfast or anything that hotel usually recommend to guests. They just handed us the key. Elevator queue is unfortunately always long. The room and bathroom works well. There's a pantry which is very practical. There should be a luggage rack though we had to put our luggage on the floor. Two big swimming pools with kids pools. The Wave is great but they need to fix the sandwash underneath urgently it's becoming sharp. They also need to adjust waterfall level at the tiny turtle pool it's way too strong and loud and you can see no one wants to play in that area. Breakfast is surprisingly tasty. I've stayed in many hotels across Thailand and I'd say this is one of the best. But again long queue. Sky lounge is nice with great view you can enjoy free coffee and tea but I do not understand why have a lounge and not serving drinks. Overall we had a pleasant stay and this is a value family hotel.

Great hotel for families! The water park and pools were awesome, and our baby had so much fun. The room was clean, comfortable, and had complimentary amenities. The whole place was nice, well-maintained, and family-friendly. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya with kids.

Excellent hotel, very clean, delicious breakfast buffet with huge selection of continental and local food, desert, juice and egg station. Rooms have beautiful views of the ocean. Hotel is little far from the beach and touristy areas but they have shuttle multiple times a day for pickup and drop off. It would have been nice if the shuttle is provided on demand instead of pre-set timings. Room was modern, clean and very comfortable. We had complementary noodles and water. Staff is very responsive and friendly. There is a nice sitting/play area for the kids in the front of the hotel, infinity pool to relax. Had a great experience overall.

Loved everything about this hotel. The huge water park was amazing, with lifeguards, life jackets, and plenty of seating, so it felt very safe and relaxing. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, the breakfast had lots of choices and tasted great, and the gym was a nice bonus. Definitely a place I'd love to stay at again!

We stayed 2 night during weekend, I understand it’s busy but the front desk assigned the room 801 it’s completely disaster. the room exactly opposite the petrol station and main entrance, because it’s low floor, the traffic is pretty loud and noisy whole day and the light pollution is very serious, the blind and windows couldn’t stop the noise and light and made us can’t sleep. Breakfast also terrible, I wonder it’s too busy that’s why everywhere is messy and slow. Shuttle bus only every 2 hours to terminal 21, obviously not enough frequency. There is no phone in the room to call housekeeping/front desk.

We got upgrade 1 level for surprise. the room is spacious and enough for our baby. The facilities is good enough and clean. All staff has service minds like 5 star hotels. The car park is quite full because of weekend but the hotel has well manage to serve all of customers.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is very convenient and easy to access, making the trip comfortable and enjoyable.
