Disappointing Cleanliness Standards for This Price Point Upon entering the room with the bellhop, we found a pile of white powder spilled on the entry counter and a puddle under the room slippers. The bellhop reacted promptly, calling housekeeping and offering us complimentary breakfast on the spot. While this was a swift and commendable service recovery, the breakfast itself was quite average. Unfortunately, overall housekeeping remained a major issue. We found dust along the baseboards, in tight corners, and a thick layer of dust on decorative items like flower vases, suggesting they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was equally disappointing with visible, unpleasant stains from superficial cleaning. Most concerning was the toilet—just before checking out, I happened to bend down and noticed black mold alongside dried dark spots that looked suspiciously like uncleaned waste. Due to our tight departure schedule, I was unable to report this to management at the time. At this price point and tier, guests expect a far higher standard of hygiene. Basic cleanliness is the absolute foundation of hospitality, and this experience fell well short of acceptable standards.

This was my second stay at this hotel because I was genuinely impressed during my first visit. Although the hotel is not located by the beach or in a particularly attractive area, I felt the quality of the hotel made it worthwhile. Unfortunately, my second stay was a completely different experience, and I noticed a significant decline in the overall quality. Housekeeping was disappointing. I stayed for two nights and requested room cleaning at around 10:00 a.m., but by 5:00 p.m. my room still had not been cleaned. I also requested a replacement hairdryer because the one in my room did not produce any heat. When the housekeeper brought the new one, she apologized and explained that they did not have enough staff to clean all the rooms in time. She kindly provided extra bottled water and collected the used towels, but forgot to leave clean towels, so I had to go and request them myself. Even then, no hair towel was provided, and I was too tired to ask again. The room itself also feels quite old and has many visible signs of wear and tear. Parking is another issue, as there are not enough spaces for guests, and I had to park along the wall outside the hotel. The swimming pool is quite small, and the breakfast restaurant was overcrowded and seemed poorly managed. Overall, this stay was very disappointing compared to my first visit. I will have to seriously reconsider staying here again in the future. Based on my recent experience, I do not feel this hotel meets the standard of a five-star property.

Our stay at Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel has such a calm, elegant vibe — the perfect escape from the busy streets of Pattaya. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfortable, and every little detail in the room made us feel relaxed and taken care of. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day. The staff truly made the experience special — so warm, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality felt genuine, not forced, and that makes a big difference. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options, and the pool area was peaceful and perfect for unwinding. It felt like a little luxury retreat. If you’re looking for a clean, classy, and comfortable stay in Pattaya away from the noise but still close enough to everything, this hotel is a perfect choice. We would happily stay here again. ❤️

Beautiful Hotel but might need a car for transportation We choose the classic western style side. It is the right decision. Sauna and Gym rooom is in this side of the building. Swimming pool is nice shady and open until late. The room is spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Some downside are it is not noise proof so you can hear people from the hallways and the shower, we have to shower in the bath tub with no shower screen or shower curtains. A bit concern about fall/slip in older people. The buffet breakfast is ok, service staff is very nice. Ps. no barista coffee in the hotel. but there is a very nice coffee shop with inhouse dessert across the road.

We were here on a business-holiday trip. The room is great, but the air condition is not working well, I mean since the room face southward, the sun is very strong so the air condition rarely gave cold air. The light is too dark for working, but too bright to rest. The internet connection was unstable, luckily we had a better data plan from our phone sp.

I loved this hotel. The only one that actually offered a bathtub out of the 4 places we stayed at. The beds were wicked soft. Nice breakfast buffet. And very affordable.
