AT A GLANCE
Why go?
Loshitsky Park is one of Minsk's great green escapes: a sprawling 18th–19th-century manor-and-park estate wrapped around a restored noble residence, romantic ponds, old shaded alleys and the ruins of a chapel and mill. Tucked into the city's Leninsky district near the Svislach River, it pairs a genuine heritage attraction with the relaxed feel of a beloved local park.↗↗↗
The heart of the site is the Loshitsa Manor Museum, opened in 2015 inside the elegantly restored manor house, where period interiors, tiled stoves and stucco recreate the gilded-world atmosphere of the estate's last great owners. Around it, more than 100 hectares of landscaped park invite long walks, bike rides, picnics and a close look at rare trees and playful wildlife.↗↗↗
It is an easy, free and stroller- and wheelchair-friendly outing that suits families, couples and history lovers alike, with the park open day and night and the museum welcoming visitors on weekday and weekend afternoons.
