Pudesjö Bathing
Pudesjö is a charming little swimming lake tucked away beside road 108 near Klågerup in Skåne, southern Sweden. Despite its tiny footprint — barely 1.2 hectares — this municipal natural bathing site punches well above its weight with three piers crossing the lake, a two-metre diving tower, a sandy beach for toddlers, expansive green lawns, and barbecue spots. It has become a beloved summer retreat for families in the Lund area and beyond. What makes Pudesjö special is the combination of natural intimacy and well-maintained facilities. The water consistently passes quality tests, reaches a comfortable 20°C in peak summer, and offers swimmers of all levels a welcoming environment — from the cordoned-off wading area for small children to the deeper middle where adults can take a proper swim.
