Historic Jack's Hollow Covered Bridge
Jack's Hollow Covered Bridge was a 60-foot Multiple Kingpost truss spanning Kents Run on Township Road 108 northeast of Mt Perry in Perry County, Ohio. Built in 1879, this NRHP-listed landmark survived an arson attack in 1989 and was faithfully restored, earning it a devoted following among covered-bridge enthusiasts. It has since been lost. Now permanently closed and listed among America's lost bridges, the site remains a place of remembrance for those who appreciate rural Ohio's disappearing covered-bridge heritage — and a convenient waypoint for visitors who want to explore nearby surviving examples in Perry County.
