Magic City Park

Magic City Park is Tashkent's answer to a theme park: a 21-hectare, all-season fantasy town of colourful buildings, a 60-metre fairytale castle and themed streets modelled on Paris, Barcelona, London and Rome, opened in 2021 and billed as the largest entertainment complex of its kind in Central Asia. Unlike most regional attractions, you walk in for free and pay only for the rides, shows and meals you choose. Set on Babur Street near the Alisher Navoi park, it is aimed squarely at families and casual evening strollers rather than hard-core thrill-seekers. By day it is a calm, almost empty promenade for photos and ice cream; after sunset the illuminated castle, dancing fountains and crowds bring it fully to life.
