Tripiti Beach
Tripiti Beach sits on Halki (Chalki), the tiny, slow-living island in the Dodecanese that you reach from Rhodes, with the island's single harbour village of Irakleides — the pastel-housefront settlement also known as Nimporio or Emborio — just across the bay. Like much of this coast, it is a small, natural cove rather than a resort strip: clear blue Aegean water, pebbles and sand, and the rugged, sun-bleached shoreline that makes Halki's beaches so quietly appealing. It's an ideal stop for swimmers and snorkellers who want a peaceful day by the sea without the crowds, and the beach's real magic is the context: you can easily combine a morning on the sand with a wander through Halki's car-light lanes, a long swim at a neighbouring cove, or a boat hop to a hidden shore. Halki rewards unhurried travellers, and Tripiti fits that rhythm perfectly.
