Noyes Lake
Noyes Lake is a small, quiet body of water set in the rolling boreal landscape of east-central Saskatchewan, roughly 20 kilometres northwest of Narrow Hills Provincial Park at an elevation of 583 metres. Like many of the dozens of lakes scattered across the Cub Hills plateau, it was carved by glacial ice more than 10,000 years ago and sits nestled among jack pine forest, sand-bottomed ridges, and narrow ice-age valleys. This is not a developed tourist site but a remote natural lake accessible to those exploring the wider Cub Hills lake country — a region prized by anglers, paddlers, hikers, and wildlife watchers for its abundance of road-accessible lakes and vast, quiet boreal forest. Noyes Lake lies on the same topographic map sheet as several other named lakes and within an easy day trip of the recreation infrastructure at Narrow Hills Provincial Park.
