Sarbajanin Sri Sri Ananda Dham Kali Bari
Sarbajanin Sri Sri Ananda Dham Kali Bari is a community Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Kali, nestled in the Masterpara neighborhood of Musapur on Sandwip island, in Bangladesh's Chattogram Division. The name translates roughly as the "Abode of Bliss for All" — a house of worship open to the wider community, reflecting a tradition of public Kali devotion that runs deep in Bengal. Sandwip, the flat, river-carved island where this temple sits, has over three thousand years of continuous human habitation and was once home to a powerful Hindu king whose own cult goddess was a form of Kali. Visiting this Kali Bari today is a small journey into that layered coastal Bengal history.
