Rope Park Mirkwood

AT A GLANCE

Why go?

Tucked into the pine canopy of the Bely Veter city park in Kirovo-Chepetsk, Rope Park Mirkwood (known locally as Likholiesye — a name evoking Tolkien's dark forest) is one of the largest high ropes courses in the entire Volga Federal District. With six height levels spanning from toddler-friendly ground-level obstacles up to a thrilling 12-metre zip-line, it has become the go-to weekend adventure destination for families across Kirov Oblast.↗↗

But this isn't just a ropes course. Spread across 10 hectares of forest, the complex adds a contact zoo, archery and crossbow ranges, a full-size café, winter tubing hills, and dedicated team-building areas — making it a genuine all-season outdoor playground that keeps visitors returning year after year.↗↗
