Coming through on a quick tour. We pulled up in our taxi and were blown away by the service and accommodations. Everyone was immensely helpful, the drinks and food were lovely, and the beds were comfortable. It was nicely out of downtown so quite peaceful and yet close to everything.

Unfortunately staying at this hotel was the worst hotel experience I had ever in my life. First of all we had booked 3 bed room as all the 2 bed rooms well full while we were booking and the hotel manager persuaded us to shift to 2 bed room while we paid the price of 3 bed room per night. They also have unclear policies about how the pricing would be different for Peruvian citizen if an international tourist is booking the hotel. They overcharged our room with visitor charges ($25 per night) while no charges were mentioned on their website or Expedia details. Most of the staff at the reception is rude and their attitude is like they are above the guests at times. The breakfast is subpar compared to the rest of the places I visited in Peru and not worth the price (Be prepared to have constant trips to town just for food if you are staying here). Overall very unpleasant, unkind and rude staff including the manager who tried to harass and pester me while checkout with me about the invalid extra visitor charges! Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else than this hotel!|If the owner of this hotel is seeing this please take a note of your Hotels manager's behavior towards international tourists.

We recently stayed at a hotel on Lake Titicaca. Overall, the hotel itself was fine. The property was quiet, the bar area was very nice, and breakfast each morning was good. However, there were a few downsides that future guests should be aware of. The hotel is quite far from the city center, and transportation can be challenging. Uber drivers generally do not service this area, so getting into town requires planning and arranging taxis. While the property is advertised as having lake views, our view felt more like a marsh or swamp area rather than open lake scenery. Additionally, our room had a noticeable sewage odor, which was disappointing and affected our overall comfort. The hotel has some positives, particularly the bar and breakfast, but the location and room condition would make us reconsider staying there again.

Terrible experience with this hotel. The staff were impolite and beset on charging us excess fees for anything and everything., including charging us for a 3-bed room when they only gave us a 2-bed room. Food was mediocre and the room was dirty and unsanitary.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Lake Titicaca Hotel for a long weekend break in June. The whole experience was enjoyable from check in to when we had to leave. The staff were very attentive and flexible and were on hand to provide excellent service. The food and bar menu are all based on local cuisine which was all well prepared and flavoursome. The hotel is a little outside the centre of Puno so was a taxi ride when we wanted to go into town, but the hotel were happy to book the service from safe providers. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

We spent a night at Lake Titicaca Hotel and enjoyed it. Their breakfast is good with an international crowd there and their wifi service was good. The guard out front was friendly to us... AND they have llamas!

An excellent 4 star hotel on the banks of Lake Titicaca. This is about 4.5 km away from the Puno central plaza. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is nice. Open till 9 pm. There is a room and laundry service though we didn't use them. The breakfast spread is also excellent. There is a small souvenir shop within the hotel lobby. The bar is well stocked with a good selection of cocktails.
