Extremely unacceptable experience. Our check-in time was clearly stated as 4:00 PM, yet we never received the door access code. We waited for a long time and contacted the property, but there was no response and no solution. As a result, we were completely unable to enter the apartment. This happened in –30°C weather, which makes the situation not just inconvenient but dangerous. Leaving guests locked outside in extreme Arctic temperatures due to a failure in basic communication is absolutely unforgivable. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a serviced apartment that relies entirely on self check-in. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking. We thought the other reviews were just isolated cases, but unfortunately, they were real. Do not take the risk of booking this hotel!!! It’s a physical dangerous!!!

Great location, 5mins walk to prime area. Extremely bad CS service. Self-serve doesn’t mean no services. Didn’t send the passcode and no one can be reach. We stand outside the entrance for an hour. At last we have to find AGODA CS for help.

It was not a very smooth check in initially. Was locked out of the room on one of the nights when returned back to the apartment. Had to call the unlock. Though the response was fast, still it should not happen in the first place.

Echoing with previous visitors in below reviews Never ever did the hotel informed us the checkin time is 4pm (unlike traditional hotel, there is no front desk to store luggage), so we waited outside the apartment from 2pm under -15’C outdoor!!! Moreover hotel did not send the door code on time, we therefore waited extra 40mins pass 4pm, whoever does not believe i can send pictures to prove

This review pertains to Forenom Serviced Apartments Nobel, located on Inkognitogaten. The location was undoubtedly the highlight of the stay, earning a flawless 10/10. However, the experience was marred by several practical and comfort-related shortcomings, making it hard to recommend. The apartment’s layout, particularly the sleeping arrangement, was a mislykket arkitektonisk løsning—a failed architectural solution. The bed was extremely narrow, with no bedside table, and the duvet frequently fell onto the floor. Positioned awkwardly under the staircase, the bed was constantly exposed to dust and dirt falling from above. The low staircase gave a claustrophobic feeling, almost as if it was looming over you. Moreover, the person sleeping on the inner side of the bed faced multiple inconveniences. Not only did they have to crawl over the other occupant to get out—since the narrow path was obstructed by the staircase—but they also couldn’t see the TV, adding to the frustration. The check-in process was equally disappointing. We never received an email with a link to submit ID information, which resulted in us standing outside in the snow for an hour, waiting for the door code. The freezing cold made this delay feel particularly unbearable, leaving us nearly numb from the experience. Adding to the discomfort, the basement—where the bathroom, toilet, and bedroom are located—lacked internet coverage. This absence of connectivity in such a critical part of the apartment compounded the sense of inconvenience during the stay. While the central location of the apartment is fantastic, the poorly executed design and inadequate service make it difficult to recommend. The experience felt more like a missed opportunity than a welcoming stay.

Great location with parking in the same building. Easy contact-free check-in and check-out, and quick communication through the site. The apartment was clean and the room had everything listed. Took off one star just because there wasn’t even basic soap in the shower - not a big deal, but would’ve been nice to have.

Late comment as it was last winter. The flat was just what was needed, near the center by foot. The contact with the service was really great and personal. We managed to ask for a late checkout without any trouble. Any communication was easy with a quick answer.

I have a mixed review for the apartment. Its location is great as you are right downtown and an easy 5 min walk to shops, restaurants, the grocery store, pharmacy, tour offices, etc. The room itself though is the problem with really basic and not comfortable bedding/pillow and exactly 1 towel unless you want to pay extra. The room was pretty noisy with very little soundproofing so there was a lot of noise from other guests. It was extremely dry in the room and a humidifier would have been a welcome addition. Not a great value for the price IMO but an adequate stay for a night.
