This hotel is not glamorous from outside, but inside the rooms are nice and new. We were visiting with our dogs and had excellent room outside the hotel. Plenty on room, sauna included. Breakfast is always great on Lapland hotels as it was also in this time. And if you love downhill skiing, slopes start right next to hotel.

We stayed in the Lapland Suite with sauna. The hotel is very good, especially for skiers, as the ski slopes and lifts are right next to it. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and cozy, with comfortable beds and warm bedding. An additional oil-filled radiator can be provided upon request. There is no light pollution since the hotel is located at the top of a hill, so the Aurora can be seen from the rooftop terrace when the sky is clear. It is quite far from Santa Village, and there is no regular or shuttle bus service, so the main options are a taxi (around €40 one way), Uber, or renting a car.

Everything was great the rooms, location, and service were all excellent. The only area that could be improved significantly is the food, especially for vegetarian and vegan guests. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Very nice hotel, located a bit outside of the city center, soutanded by the forest. You can really relax and spend some nice time. Clean and modern rooms, beautiful restaurant and very tasty food.

Very nice room with onsen inside. Amazing snow monster walking very close to hotel. Aurora @ rooftop of the hotel .... Excellent aurora view@ midnight. Great customer service in all hotel's staff

Be prepared to carry your suitcase up the stairs, as there is no elevator and no clear path for transporting heavy luggage. We experienced a long wait for check-in and only received our key at 4 PM. However, the breakfast was good. The hotel is located near the ski path, which features a large snow gun that produces a significant amount of snow, limiting visibility in the area.

Hotel is beautiful. We had a great stay. Staff very warm and friendly. Downside foyer while lovely decorated (this is the only place you can sit & have a drink, except resturant or your room) was freezing cold. Really poor door design. Each time someone went out/came in the cold blew through the whole floor. It was uncomfortable cold to sit & have a vino. Wear your ski gear 😃 New years they promoted a GALA it cost €150 per adult and €50 per child. It was not a gala, it was just a dinner, nothing exceptional in terms of atmosphere and very very poor value for what you got. Overall food is good, breakfast great and resturant is lovely atmosphere & vista.
