Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. We could enjoy a personal sauna in our own room, very comfy! The kitchen was fully equipped, the pool not very big but ideal to relax and the common sauna very relaxing. Parking included.

One of the best weekend getaways ever! Rooms spacious and fully equipped! Sauna, pool, spa facilities and personnel were great! Breakfast was full and with loaded choices for special diets! Kids and family as well as athletic friendly!Totally recommended for such a tiny city as Rovaniemi!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and it felt like they had no interest in helping guests at all. The management was even worse because they completely ignored our complaints and showed no responsibility for the poor service. The room service was very slow and poorly managed. On top of that, the washroom was dirty, unhygienic, and clearly not cleaned properly before we checked in. Another big disappointment was the food. The quality was very poor and the quantity was surprisingly small for the price they charge. It honestly felt like a waste of money. Overall, this hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, service, and management because the current standards are unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

The receptionist lady was very nice, we arrived before the check in time but we had our room ready and she let us in. The breakfast was okay and there were microwace and cuttlery in the room too🥰🤗

I would like to share my sincere gratitude for the exceptional management at this establishment. I had a non-refundable booking for a highly anticipated holiday, but due to the current conflict and subsequent flight cancellations, I was unable to travel. Despite the strict "non-refundable" clause in my reservation, the hotel chose to issue a full refund after we discussed the situation. What makes this truly stand out is that other nearby establishments in the area refused to do the same, hiding behind rigid policies during a time of crisis. This hotel, however, chose to act with genuine empathy and compassion, going above and beyond standard customer service. When planning a holiday—especially one intended to be memorable—the stress of external conflict is already overwhelming. Knowing that a business prioritizes the well-being of its guests over a cancellation fee makes a profound impact. This kind of treatment creates a level of trust and loyalty that no marketing can buy. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Their integrity and humanity have made them my first choice for my future travels to the region. They don’t just offer a place to stay; they treat their guests with the respect and care that is so rare to find today.

Just returned from an amazing trip to Lapland 2 adults 2 kids. Hotel is in good location not to far from Rov center and taxi to Santa village reasonable 20-30 euro. Rooms good beds comfy temperature nice warm , sauna good addition carpets clean but tatty but this is expected with snow boots in and out. Food is shocking you don’t expect much with buffet all inclusive but let’s just say its for acquired taste cold crap with little variety women on the till needs to learn manners and how to smile as well in my opinion. The other cafe place much better service still not 100 percent but a lot better than the buffet lady. Swimming pool really good didn’t use gym but looked incredible. Hotel car park well set out.bowling was good and well priced. Could do with onsite shop plenty space to make one and would be a goldmine for the business would be well used if priced and stocked well. On arrival no messing room keys ready check in fantastic credit to the guy on reception fantastic service. TUI reps just interested in you booking excursions also TUI is not the best travel provider in my opinion. But overall hotel is solid 4 stars fix the food and some of the staff and could easily give it a 5. :). Hope you take on board my positive negative comments

This is one of the best places to stay if you are planning a trip to rovaniemi. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Special mention for Kalle and Camilla - they both were very kind. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is very good with lot of vegan options. We had a great time here and will surely recommend this place to our friends and family :)

Long weekend break to explore skiing. Apartment was spotless |There was 4 of us so it was a bit of a squeeze to put all our stuff away |Breakfast on offer was lovely but we did have to ask both days for teabags , milk or coffee |Facilities were great|Uber was brilliant picking us up etc
