Stunning, stunning, stunning! What more can I say! The room over looked the plaza major which was beautiful and always something to watch, it’s well worth paying the extra for this view! The room itself was gorgeous contemporary yet retaining an element of character, the added bonus of a free mini bar with soft drinks.|No on-site parking but a tele park about 5 minutes walk away and of course the situation was fantastic for exploring the sights of Salamanca. The only negative is that it’s tricky to find but that’s only once as it’s easily found after that, but overall our stay was great!

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is located in the plaza - 2nd floor. Our room was overlooking the backside - at the market rather than the plaza. It was very convenient to be able to take a break after a long day before heading to our late night dinner at the plaza, and head back home with only a few steps. There was a laundromat within short two blocks as well, which worked perfect for us. The staff was excellent -I gave four stars only because we did not need much help - the staff was very pleasant and we felt welcomed and safe during our two night stay!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Salamanca. We just spent 7 nights here and the experience was wonderful. The staff is attentive and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and the cleaning staff are excellent. Close to everything in Salamanca. Book with confidence and enjoy your stay.

Clean Clean Clean.. and practically brand new. Make sure to get a room on the plaza side, you won’t be disappointed.. very small , only 10 rooms but that makes it quiet. Staff was nice, entrance is a tiny door on the plaza side.. if you’re talking you’ll walk right by it. Very discreet.

The location is excellent—part of Plaza Mayor, often called the most beautiful city square in Spain. At night, the building sparkles like a piece of fine jewelry, and the views are truly spectacular. That said, the location can also be a drawback. While the night was quiet, I was woken early in the morning by cafes and restaurants setting up their outdoor seating at daybreak, like a hundred horses galloping by. The front desk staff, in contrast to other hotels we visited on our trip, felt somewhat detached and less welcoming. We absolutely loved Salamanca for its history, architecture, and the evening ambience in the Old Town. We would love to return, but we probably won’t stay at this hotel again.

We stayed for just one night in the Luxury Plaza, but would have liked to have stayed longer. First rate rooms in a cozy spot right on the main square of Salamanca. Perfect touristic location for exploring this very walkable city. Limited facilities outside the very well appointed and comfortable rooms and friendly and efficient reception.

Spent 1 night here, since I was a kid I had always wanted to stay at the Plaza Mayor. The site in unbeatable. Room overlooked the Plaza and the views are postcard perfect. The room itself was comfortable for me, if I had been with my significant other I would probably have chosen their biggest room as it can be a little tight for 2 people. I had arrived in car from Madrid so parked in at the very close Santa Eulalia 24hr parking, a 5 min walk. The main con I would have is that the AC is not available all the time, as someone that lives in the USA and accostumed to have it available even if freezing outside, that may be something to consider. It was a little warm initially in the room but opened the window and it cooled quickly in the afternoon to the point than in the morning it was very cold, but the heat was working well and warmed up the room in no time. There was no noise issues coming in from the Plaza, very good noise insulation. Bathroom a little tight, but functional. I like to stay at luxury hotels when I travel (Park Hyatt, Four Seasons, etc) but this was a very charming hotel and will for sure come back to it next time I come to this wonderful city.

Oh my gosh! What an amazing place. If you're going to stay in Salamanca, stay here and pay the very small upcharge for the Plaza view room. You'll not regret it. Staff is great too!
