Great little hotel in the center of Everything! A 30 second walk from Plaza Meyor and bars and cafes. Grocery around the corner. Easy to find, and nice welcome by desk agent. Rooms small but comfortable with all expected amenities. Would stay again, though night life is definitely not quiet.

If I could give it less than a one star rating it would be at -5. We reserved this hotel for six nights for a client who cancelled only a couple of days before their stay. We notified the hotel as soon as we found out about the cancellation. I can understand a one or two night fee for late cancellation, but they went ahead and charged the entire six nights. Edit in response to the owner: Policies are written and rewritten by the business. Just because it is a policy does not make it right.

Genuinely friendly and very helpful staff. Room ready early. Bed very comfortable and great bathroom. Complimentary bottle of water and a jar of sweets for Dias del muerto plus a chocolate next to the pillow. Town map supplied and suggested places to visit. Breakfast was extremely good - very fresh and a great variety offered. It was also quiet at night.

Great place to stay apart from our room being under a stairway and close to the lift with all the associated noise. Great staff and a breakfast of variety.

Perfect location in the centre of old town. Room is quiet. We slept very well. Bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good. It’s include omelette, yogurt, fresh orange juice, cakes, toasts, jamon, cheese, corn flakes. Highly recommend for 1 night in Salamanca.

Staff is very nice, rooms are a bit small but very clean. Everyone we had any interaction with was very nice, reception was exceptional. Has a small but very cozy terrace on the last floor of the hotel, good for a bit of rest and to catch a bit of sun while sitting down. Breakfast is also good. You just have to book the time you wanna go because it is quite a small room but it did not bother us at all. If breakfast is not included, it has an extra cost of 10€ which I find fair for the breakfast itself.

I don't have the patience to write up a long story about how miserable this has been for us, but we chose this hotel specifically because it offered parking, and we weren't informed until we were on our way that they actually don't have parking. Once we finally found a place for our vehicle and marched across the city with our luggage, we were less than delighted to find our room smells like animal urine, does not match the photos on our booking of a split level room with a seating area, and the tv from the adjoining room is clearly audible here in our room nearing midnight. On top of this, despite the listing saying free breakfast, the receptionist charged us additional fees. I haven't been this disappointed in an accommodation in a long time.

The Hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the old town just a few minutes walk from all the sights. On checking in the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room we had was lovely it was very big with great views over the market square. The room was very clean and tue bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. If I had one complaint it would be that the coffee at breakfast was very weak and not pleasant. However saying this I do like strong coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Salamanca
