I am very disappointed with the service at this hotel. From the beginning, the service has been poor, and our luggage was not brought to our room, which caused a lot of inconvenience. I am especially disappointed with the reception staff. They were not helpful or welcoming, and they did not handle our concerns professionally. When we asked for assistance, we did not receive the level of attention or support we expected from a hotel of this standard. The reception staff’s attitude and lack of assistance made the experience even more frustrating. We expected professional, respectful, and attentive service, but unfortunately, this was not the case. Overall, the poor service, the issue with our luggage, and the unhelpful reception staff made our stay very unpleasant. Considering the price we paid, we expected a much higher level of service and professionalism.

Amazing hotel. The staff is very nice and accommodating, rooms were spacious and clean with large comfortable beds. Everything we needed was available to us. Would highly recommend.

Not the best location, but the service and quality balance the location. Room was excellent, cosy spacious clean and with natural light coming in. Reception was polite and friendly and was kind enough to provide some guidelines for the city and sites to visit. Breakfast was very good with good options and very tasty. Sure recommend the hotel

It’s slightly away from train station but peaceful. Breakfast is very good and room size is big. Reception staff are polite and helpful. Advantage in Salzburg is they provide free local transport pass, city bus is just outside the hotel.

A decent hotel about 20mins walk to central Salzburg. The staff were pretty reasonable throughout, although check out took longer than it needed to as the receptionist wanted to chat with everyone. The room was a very good size with a comfortable bed and decent water pressure. The temperature was very warm as the air conditioning was extremely weak. We skipped breakfast as it was €23 per person. Parking was €19 per night. The garage is okay but spaces quite tight. All in all a pleasant stay but let down on small areas.

Planning a trip in the summer? Airconditioning is very poor in the rooms. The room was 26 degrees and did not go down. I asked reception if they could do anything about it. Unfortunately the system is from the 1990’s. A good climate system should be on the top priorities of investment

We stayed here for a night and it was good. The service was nice, rooms were pretty spacious and elegant for the price. The breakfast was also decent. Location wise good, just 15-20 mins walk from central station.

Everything was perfection (except the terrible pillows that every hotel in Austria used. They are just awful. Had to use my travel neck pillow. But that wasn't specific to only this hotel.) I would definitely stay again. The city is amazing and the people are super helpful. The front desk was no exception.
