The room was pretty basic, bathtub is a nice extra. Location is a bit far from the city centre but definitely walkable and very easy to access with a car. They have also parking included and many spots with a roof giving a shadow. Big thanks to the receptionist for the Birthday gift btw. He deserves 10 stars. Breakfast, super good I would say. You have pretty much all you want. Fresh fruits, nuts, muesli etc. for a healthier yougurt breakfast. All kind of breads and cold cuts for more loval style, a good coffee, nice fresh juices and a galician style local Santiago de Compostela cake which was great!

The location of the hotel isn’t great because it is a long way out of the city in a mainly industrial area so there are t many restaurants around there. The staff were friendly and the lobby was spacious. The breakfast was exceptional. However, the rooms need better soundproofing. The dining/bar area is devoid of life and is an extremely boring area to eat or drink. More like a cafeteria. The place was spotless with water in the room on arrival

We had a very disappointing experience at this location. Our group of 70 was met with poor reception and rooms that were far below expectations. The noise levels were especially concerning—you could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms, making it very difficult to rest. Thankfully, our stay was only for one night. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution other groups and parishes to consider alternative accommodations.

Very nice hotel on the outskirts of town. Restaurant are a short walk away from hotel. The beds were very comfortable and hot showers! Free parking was a bonus. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke English as soon as they heard our Spanish. Highly recommend this hotel.

Immensely bad experience with this hotel. My elderly mother booked a room with them for 3 days by accident as she mixed up the hotel with another one. Within 30 minutes i had them on the phone explaining the situation and asking for a refund. They hung up on me and i called again. They said it was non-refundable. I explained the situation and they said they couldn't refund any of it, not one day. I called the parent company and they referred me back to the hotel again for the same answer. Congratulations, Hotel Eurostars San Lázaro, you left a woman in her 70s crying her eyes out on a park bench. If i could leave you zero stars, i would.

We came to this hotel as our flight was canceled. The service was great, in particular the employee at the reception Alejandro was extremely nice, welcoming and professional, giving us great suggestions on how to spend the evening in Santiago.

The place was great. Breakfast was very good for being an executive hotel. My safe had no battery, and they replaced it immediately. The only bad thing was A/C was not working, but didn't make a big difference. Overall, I would stay there again.
