I stayed at Apartamentos Aralso in 2018 and again in June 2026. I have been travelling throughout France, Spain and Portugal for the past 10 years and I can safely say that Aralso is the best place to stay in Segovia and, for me, one of the top three places to stay in Spain! Location is perfect. Apartments are perfect, so clean and comfortable. Owners and staff are incredible. Value for money is exceptional. The owner/manager Andres was amazing. When my arrival was delayed he met me there on a Sunday after hours, and spent almost 30 minutes giving me recommendations and a map of the city and making sure I was comfortable. He even made some suggestions about my travel itinerary after leaving Segovia, leading me to change it into a cheaper and more satisfying itinerary than I was able to do on my own. He also was extremely interested in my feedback about whether the room could use any more improvements, as it had ben recently renovated. I could not have asked for a better host than Andres. Overall a great value.

Very clean, spacious, very well equipped rooms. (We had a kitchenette with a dining table, 2 chairs and 2 comfy chairs). Super helpful staff, good location for walking up to town. Private parking about 200m away. Not luxurious but perfectly comfortable.

This cute hotel is well-located, within walking distance to the aqueduct and a short uphill walk to the Cathedral and Jewish quarter. Our apartment was sunny and cosy with all modern conveniencies to enjoy a rest and a home breakfast or lunch. The staff are really friendly and most helpful, this is, definitely, a plus of the hotel. Parking was available for free in a nearby parking lot and down in the streets below on Saturday afternoon and all Sunday. Highly recommended!

Location is outstanding. Andres is an exceptional host. He spent a lot of time explaining the city, where to go, walking paths and great cafes in the area. The roo. Was impeccably clean and had several amenities. I wish I had been staying longer to enjoy more of the location. Many thanks.

From the moment we were greeted and helped by Andres to settle in and ensure we knew the key areas to visit on our short stay we knew it would be a great place and was! The kitchen apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we needed to accommodate our stay. The location to the main areas in excellent and if you can get a space at the free car park as we did even better. Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommend.

A wonderful little hotel well located on a quiet street within walking distance to main attractions, restaurants and bars. I would recommend this place to people who don’t need services of a full service hotel or who prefer to cook their own meals. Our reception was wonderful with recommendations on what to see and where to eat. There wasn’t a problem for us to find paid parking on the street in front of the hotel and the town uses an application to purchase time. The room was exceptionally clean and fresh. The points that dropped my rating from a 4 to a 3 star were more personal than problems. In my system of rating, a 3 star mean a place where I had an acceptable stay and that I would recommend to others. However it also means I would try another location before returning. My first challenge is that I felt we paid too much for a 2 star hotel. I think for the same price, we could have found a place with more services. For example, we had to agree to an arrival time as there was not always someone at the reception desk. I personally prefer to arrive and check in at our own schedule. We both found the beds a little too hard for our liking. Also, we didn’t care for the room decoration, the cool white lights, and that there was no closets. However these are just personal dislikes and nothing to do with the service. Another personal dislike is that there was only instant coffee. I think a machine with capsules or drip system would go a long way for those of us who need that first coffee in the morning. Rooms are not well sound proofed. Fortunately people in adjoining rooms were respectful and quiet. However we were woken in the night with the loose blinds flapping in the wind. We had a corner room with a wonderful view of the city wall and when all the leaves fall off the trees, I suspect you could see the aqueduct. In conclusion, a nice stay with great hosts.

Andres and his wife were excellent hosts. They immediately helped me feel at home and oriented in the beautiful city of Segovia. We rented a car for a few days and Andres recommended an entire itinerary of places to visit and how long to spend at each. Many of the stops I would not have found any other way. The location is great. Literally a 5-10 walk to both the Aquaduct or Plaza Mayor. The room was well appointed and had everything needed to make my two week stay enjoyable and comfortable. That included a small kitchenette and A/C for the few times it was needed. Highly recommend
