B&B San Francesco was fabulous! The rooms were extremely comfortable and the breakfast accommodations were exactly what we needed. Communication beforehand and during our stay was easy and quick, and they helped us navigate our transportation to and from the train station. The view from our room was gorgeous, as was the view from the path outside- it was our favorite place to watch the sun set each night we were in town. Highly recommend!

B&B San Francesco lies deep in the center of Siena. Walking to Piazza del Campo takes less than 10 minutes. The room is simple but has all standard amenities. The breakfast is simple but good and delicious. Roberto is such a wonderful host. He is energetic, attentive. He helps me solve a problem fully. (The problem is not related to him or the B&B.) I would like to thank him again for the help. However, finding the B&B is a little tricky as it hides in a small nondescript corridor. You won't see the hotel name until you are right in front of the hotel. (The exterior photos of the B&B provided in Bookibng.com are correct but you will not know what is what until you've been there.)

A wonderful B&B with clean rooms, good beds and a great view! Roberto and his team are wonderful and they went above and beyond to help us out when we ran into problems on our journey. Don't hesitate to stay here, you won't regret it!

In the middle of all the bus and railway strikes, Roberto kept in touch and encouraged me to see what was running when I landed in Florence. His communication and service were outstanding. The room was clean, simple, elegant and perfect. Carrefour Express is steps away, so I grabbed some dinner for myself there after a long journey to Siena. I loved staying at B&B San Francesco. Grazie, Roberto!

The Location is the best. We enjoyed the stay at Roberto’s B&B. He was super helpful and provided us with all the information & dinner recommendations as well as nice view points. We were traveling by car and he suggested options for parking (paid or free). Even though you cannot park next to the property because it’s located inside the citadelle, Roberto helped us access the area for drop off & pick up pf the luggage by car. Everything went on smoothly. He was also present at breakfast time to ensure we have everything we needed. Our room was a bit small but we haven’t actually spent time in the room except for sleeping time. It was a very good pick for a nigth in Siena.

This place was perfect to visit Siena! The BnB is easy to visit, and is close to everything. The staff were very attentive and help you with anything you need. They have a breakfast service if you choose and it had more than enough food, and coffee made to order. The room had a very comfortable bed, and a nice view of the street and fountain nearby. The room had tea, water kettle, coffee, etc. The provided toiletries were great, and high quality! I highly recommend staying here!

This place was excellent except for: 1. They don't have their own parking, and only residents can park inside the city walls. We ended up having to park about o.5 miles from the B&B and walk back in the rain. 2. There is no elevator and our rooms were on the third floor. Carrying large bags up narrow, turning stairs is quite the experience - thank God for alcohol to help us recover! There is a bar (The Irishman) just down the street (100 steps) that helped. I hate to start with the bad, but I think it is something all should know, especially for us older visitors. However, other than that the ace is spectacular. The rooms overlook the city and has quite the view. Victoria/Veronica(?) Was absolutely delightful helping us with our crude attempts to get a cup of espresso. The continental breakfast was one of the best we had on our 9 day trip. The location of the B&B is just outside the city center, so walking to all of the sites and shops is easy.
