We stayed at Ca' Bianca for 5 nights for our honeymoon in June 2026 and absolutely loved everything about our stay here! The service is absolutely impeccable, with a special shoutout to Alice and Vanessa for both making our stay so seamless. They were always happy to help us, with anything from finding a local restaurant or booking in a winery for lunch (that we couldn’t get a reservation for online), nothing was ever too hard and we felt that they really cared and wanted us to enjoy our stay. The property is so beautiful, maintained so well and the location is very central. We had a car and were able to park at the property with no issues. We can’t wait to recommend this property to all our family and friends back home. Hope to see you again soon!

First of all, Tuscany feels like the Italian version of paradise, and this hotel is the perfect place to experience it. The property is set in a beautifully restored historic building that combines charm, character, and modern comfort. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and the food was outstanding. The hotel features a beautiful swimming pool, a huge garden, and breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. The rooms are spacious, elegant, exceptionally clean, and wonderfully quiet, making it easy to relax and unwind. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. For the level of quality, comfort, and atmosphere it offers, the price is remarkably good value. Simply perfect. One of the highlights of our trip and a place I would gladly return to.

What a beautiful experience to stay here. It’s rustic luxury in such a unique setting. The heritage of the building remains while the rooms, bathrooms and amenities are modern, it’s perfect. The breakfast spread was so dreamy, as was the pool. Dinner service is intimate and the dining space on the terrace has a gorgeous view of Siena. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at Ca’ Bianca. The property is charming, peaceful, and full of character. Our room was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. The breakfast was good, although we think it could offer a bit more variety. Even though the coffee machine wasn’t working, the staff was always attentive and happily prepared fresh cappuccinos for us. A big plus for the fresh orange juice! A special thank you to Vanessa and Calden (I apologize if I misspelled the name), who were exceptionally warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. When we decided to have a spontaneous dinner at Ca’ Bianca, Calden kindly organized a table for us at short notice, which we really appreciated. The housekeeping team also did an outstanding job. Our room was spotless every single day, and the level of cleanliness was truly impressive. The gentleman on the team was also very helpful and kind. We genuinely wanted to return in the future. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists, whom I believe was Alice. Throughout our stay, she came across as rather cold and unfriendly. On the day of our departure, she was smoking in front of the main entrance, which, in our opinion, did not create a very welcoming first impression. A few days after we left, we contacted Ca’ Bianca and asked for a favor regarding shipping a parcel. The team kindly helped us with the first shipment, for which we are very grateful. However, when we wanted to send another parcel, although we had previously been told it would be possible, it was refused. What disappointed us most was the phone conversation with Alice. She was extremely arrogant, raised her voice, and repeatedly interrupted us instead of listening. We understand that misunderstandings can happen, but they should never justify speaking to guests in such a disrespectful manner. As guests, we expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, even when there is a disagreement. It is a shame because Ca’ Bianca is truly a wonderful place, and the rest of the team made our stay memorable with their kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, one negative interaction can leave a lasting impression, and it is the reason we felt it was important to share this feedback.

Staying at Ca’ Bianca Tuscany Relais felt like stepping into a dream. From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccably clean and thoughtfully maintained. The rooms were incredibly cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was being able to open the window and take in the stunning Tuscan scenery right from the room, an experience that added so much charm to our stay. The staff were warm, friendly, and always attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. Breakfast was another standout: fresh, delicious, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients that felt locally sourced, almost as if they came straight from a farm. Overall, the experience was wonderful, everything you imagine when dreaming of a Tuscany getaway. Colorful landscapes, peaceful moments, and a relaxed, calming vibe that stays with you long after you leave.

Stayed there a few years ago. Was the best vacation my wife and I have ever had. Staff was amazing, rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful and location was ideal. If I ever get back to Tuscany I'll be staying here again.

It's been nearly a year since I visited Italy, and I still think about this place every single day. Ca' Bianca remains to be the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. It is truly something out of a dream. Upon arriving, Maurizio gave us an in-depth tour of the villa and the surrounding grounds, poured us a glass of wine, arranged for us to have a last-minute late dinner at the on-site restaurant, and answered any and all of our questions. After a lovely evening swim in the pool, we enjoyed delicious wine, dinner, and dessert prepared and served by their very small and very talented staff while overlooking the distant lights of Siena. Not to mention the local olive oil from olives that are grown on the premises. Maurizio personally introduced us to the chef, and proceeded to stay up chatting with us. This was one of the highlights of our stay. Breakfast was absolutely incredible as well. My personal favorite offerings were the espresso, bread, cheese, prosciutto, and grapes. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking, from the pool to the gardens to the cypress trees lining the distant hillsides. Our room was immaculate with every amenity one could wish for. Like the rest of the property, it was decorated tastefully, and it smelled delightfully of incense. Unbeknownst to us, we had booked the honeymoon suite, and it was the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. On our last day, the staff kindly let us swim in the pool after check-out, and even brought me a hairdryer so I could shower and refresh for the day afterwards. From the fairytale views to the delicious food, wine, and olive oil to the accommodating staff, Ca' Bianca is a place I will never forget. We will be back time and time again.

Just back from a four-night stay at Ca Bianca. We had an amazing stay. The suite exceeded our expectations and the grounds are simply stunning. We stayed in March, so too cold for swimming, but I would imagine the summer is amazing. The location is close enough to Siena to be convenient to its attractions, but still feels like you're in the country. Breakfast selection was delicious and ample with kind service. We ate in the restaurant for dinner twice and both times food was very good. But the quality of the hospitality is really what elevates Ca Bianca. Vanessa and Candy (sorry about spelling) were so helpful. Candy set up a wine tasting nearby even though the vineyard was closed for tours/tastings for the season. Vanessa was super responsive with our questions and set up a great pizza dinner for us in Siena. Above and beyond at every turn. . . . including an amazing sunset view from our suite.
