This Hotel is at best false marketing, and at worst a scam. Not worth the price at all. Rooms: The whole hotel is a mountain of shady construction without any maintenance. You have to wait 5 minutes for warm water before showerig. During the shower the fuse of the lights will blow. You don't have a way to regulate your AC in your room. You can call the front desk for a change in temperature or turn it off by taking out the fuse for the ac. The room smells like really bad cleaning chemicals, and just airing the room won't get the smell out. All the furniture is cheap and broken. In theory the rooms would have a beautiful view, but not every rooms gets the view. Most of the rooms look into a dirty, small and dark atrium. Pool and Spa: more shady construction. Both saunas worked but everything felt cheap and maintenance well overdue. Doors not fitting in their frames, stains everywhere, showers and ice not working. Breakfast: That is where I would say the hotel uses false marketing. The Fotos show a beautiful restaurant, which is where the breakfast is not. The breakfast is in the basement, in a room without windows. On cheap and dirty tables. You don't even get glasses, you get plastic cups for juice. The quality of the food is bad and without any care, taste or love. The one positive thing: The staff is really nice and they try their best.

This is the perfect getaway hotel, slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of siena city, but with easy access by bus to siena in 30 mins for under 2 euro for a round trip. Staff are fantastic and food excellent. Breakfast fit for a king. Rooms were modern, spotless and comfortable. Pool is half inside and half outside, very clever. Gym, steam room and sauna were first class. Nothing to fault in this hotel.

entrance to the hotel is not clear, the parking space is not paved (it was raining and due that our suitcases and shoes have been totally dirty) room was good and big. shower was not cleaned neatly. the pool is okaythe breakfast is like the other comments say. it’s in the cellar, you don’t feel welcome there and it’s not comfy, coffee was good

I've never experienced anything like this, a four-star hotel where you can't drink anything in the bar due to a lack of staff. Furthermore, some facilities are not working, also a.o. due to a lack of staff.

A nice hotel with kind staff and comfortable rooms and great breakfasts that should meet with most needs. 🤩The good: -Polite, kind and helpful staff -Comfortable, big rooms, modern interior, mini fridge inside, huge beds, effective central clima -Great quality breakfasts; the tables/chairs might be inferior quality to a 4* hotel, but the quality of food definitely compensates it. -Great pool with temp. set to 25-26•C, saunas (Finn+infra) -Dinner is optional, is no cheaper than any other fancy restaurants, but has polite waiters-waitresses and great quality foods and wines. 😔The bad: My No.1 and only negative thing is that doors really are not soundproof. During the night when you try to sleep, you hear too well anyone opening-closing their doors on the corridor (using magnet cards, the opening creates a 3sec long, loud buzzing noise), or a simple conversation in the lobby is heard too loudly through the door, which is kind of disturbing. (But the walls are pretty good at being soundproof) 📝The next are rather just feedbacks than real disadvantages: -The central clima could only be precisely set with the help of the staff. For example, one night we switched off and woke up in the middle of the night to freezing cold because the clima had turned on automatically. -The hotel itself lies relatively far from any famous big cities, but with car basically everything is within 1-2hours. -No clima in the restaurant Overall 9/10, definitely recommended.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are modern and functionally furnished in the style of a business hotel. A beautiful location amidst the rolling hills of Tuscany, in close proximity to Siena.

We really liked this place more than expected. It’s outside the center (you need a car or taxi to reach Siena) but that was actually perfect for us because it was quiet, had parking, and had a bit of a resort feeling. Room was clean, bed comfortable, water pressure strong. Staff were friendly and helped us with restaurant suggestions + told us how to get to the viewpoints in Siena. Breakfast was very generous and actually better than a lot of places we stayed in Italy (good fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, etc). The indoor pool area was a nice extra — we used it after walking Siena all day, and it was a perfect way to unwind. If you want to be directly inside the medieval center then maybe choose inside the walls, but if you want modern comfort + peace + good value near Siena, this was a really good find. We would stay again.

We had a genuinely lovely stay here. The hotel is well maintained, very clean, and the overall atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Our room was spacious, and we appreciated the comfortable bed and the attention to detail in the housekeeping. The staff were consistently polite and helpful — every interaction felt respectful. They provided us with useful directions, recommendations on where to park in Siena, and tips for local restaurants. Breakfast offered a generous variety and was managed very well. It felt organized, fresh, and not rushed. The indoor pool area was also a nice feature and created a relaxing moment after a day of walking and exploring. Overall, a very good experience. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others visiting Siena.
