The hotel was very nice! just 1min walk from bencoolen station make my trip was all easy. The room's clean and all items were prepared, though the room is not that large but we can open 2 big luggages at the same time. There's also a bidet in the bathroom that's veryyyyy good for Thai people. the staffs were very nice and helpful. Most of all my friend and I love the atmosphere at the hotel(which is quiet but friendly) and around. the hotel's located at the heart of everything so you can walk safely and peacefully to the market, hawker centre, department store, haji lane, temples, and all coffee shops. If I had a chance to visit singapore again this would be my first and only choice.

Things to highlight： 1) years Great location - Blue line MRT just downstairs. Orange line just cross the road by walk in 3mins. Many buses can offer direct access to main tourist destinations. Also by walk in 3 mins to the bus stops. 2) Staff are nice and helpful To be improved : 1) Daily cleaning not good. The sink faucet was not cleaned. There is black grime on the wall and floor edge of the toilet shower area. Staff taken out and no replacement some items （floor mat, sleepers, towels etc) 2) Poor sound insulation. Can hear clearly people talking from the corridor; when the staff cleaning room; guests packing their luggage and pulling out chairs; the water flowing sound from pipe in toilet 3) The mattress has been used for many years and is now dented. Pillows are too high if female height 165cm. 3) The hairdryer is an old-fashioned type. Continue press the button to enable it switch on.

Our stay at this hotel in Singapore had a mix of positives and negatives, so overall it was an average experience. Starting with the good—the air conditioning was excellent, which is a big plus in Singapore’s climate. We also really appreciated the flexibility with check-in. We arrived 1–2 hours early, and they allowed us in without any issues, which made a great first impression. The location is decent as well—about 10–15 minutes by taxi to Marina Bay, with a convenient pickup point nearby and a few nice cafés around the area. However, there were some downsides. When we first arrived, the apartment wasn’t very clean. We even had to remove hair from the shower drain ourselves, which is not something you expect. After the maid came, it was cleaner—still not perfect, but acceptable. The biggest issue was the noise. The sound insulation is very poor—both from outside and inside. You can hear traffic clearly from the nearby boulevard, but also people talking and general noise from the hallway, which really affects comfort and privacy. It’s hard to relax when you feel like you can hear everything around you. Another unpleasant point was the hallway itself—the smell there was quite bad and didn’t leave a good impression when entering or leaving the apartment. Thankfully, this wasn’t an issue inside the room. Also, while there are some cafés nearby, there aren’t many restaurant options within close walking distance. Overall, the stay had some convenient aspects and decent service in parts, but the cleanliness, noise levels, and common areas definitely need improvement.

Good value for your money. Right next to a metro station, so very convenient. We found a few ants in the room but we didn’t make a fuss about it. We kept are luggage and backpacks closed at night. Rooms are really small including the bathroom but does the job. Pool was great.

The hotel was just what we expected. The rooms are very small, but we already knew that when we booked, so it wasn’t a surprise. The staff were very friendly, and overall we were very happy with our stay. There is filtered water available, the rooms are clean, and the blinds make the room completely pitch dark, which was great for sleeping and the location is very good. The only downside is that the rooms are quite noisy from the hallway and other rooms. We had a guest nearby speaking very loudly on the phone late at night, which was annoying because it kept us from sleeping. I would recommend bringing earplugs just in case. Overall, a good stay considering the price and what we expected.

Convenient and exceptional service, but the room temperature made our stay uncomfortable. We booked a 3-night stay this August and were given Room 4-43. The service was exceptional, and the staff were very accommodating throughout our stay. The room was just enough for a short stay, since there were no cabinets or proper storage spaces for clothes. The bathroom was average, but the exhaust fan was not very strong and took quite some time to clear the heat and humidity after a hot shower. Our main concern was the room temperature. The thermostat did not seem to cool the room properly, and even after adjusting the temperature, the lowest temperature we could get was around 23.5°C but most if the time it’s 24.5 to 24. This was not comfortable for us, especially after spending the day in Singapore's hot and humid weather. We raised this concern three times. The first time, someone came to check the unit, but there was no improvement. The second time, someone simply knocked, asked a few questions, and then left without addressing the issue. On the third occasion, the lobby informed us that the room temperature was centrally controlled and could only be maintained at a certain temperature. After being outside in the very hot Singapore weather, coming back to a room that was not cool enough, and having to use a very thick blanket, I had a difficult time sleeping. I would often wake up in the middle of the night feeling hot and uncomfortable. Overall, the service was exceptional, the place is so convenient as it’s besides the mrt station and bus stops, but the temperature issue significantly affected our comfort and sleep during the stay. I hope the hotel can improve its temperature control system or provide guests with a more comfortable option, especially for those who are used to sleeping in a cooler room.

I loved this hotel so much! Super kid friendly which helps with the planning! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is great and very easy to get to from a few different MRT lines. We have an overnight flight and they allowed us to store our luggage until we left for the airport.

This hotel has a fairly strategic location with competitive pricing. It offers several types of rooms. The hotel also provides facilities such as a swimming pool, washing machines and dryers, as well as a mini gym. The room I stayed in was a Superior Double Room. The room is not very spacious, so you need to arrange the space carefully if you want to perform prayers. The room is clean and smells fresh. The bathroom is also clean, although not very large. The hotel provides tap water, so there’s no need to worry about drinking water supply.
